Amazing customer service! I was dealing with a very complicated and stressful situation for my father, and the associates at Cricket in Murray went above and beyond to help me through it. They could have simply told me what I needed to gather for them and sent me on my way, but they hung in there with me and got it done! They also worked hard to get the best deals for us. I will definitely be back!

Was able to get phone unsusspended which occurred when using online means to modify account. If any one needs to modify their account, go to the store first and save a bunch of headaches and maybe even some money.

Never have the phones I want in stock and never offer to try to order it. I called the cricket in Paducah the same day and the store manager there was very quick to find the phone that fit my needs and ordered it right away. The employees here in Murray should really take lessons from her. She’s amazing.

Cricket gets two starts because at least they have decent coverage. We recently moved to town and switched five lines over. We were offered two free phones as new customers and took them up on the offer. After we paid for the SIM cards, first month of service, etc, I looked over the receipt to see we were charged $54 for one of the phones. The girl apologized and said she would call management because they can’t do returns in the store. So I waited a week. No one called. I went back to the store and was told they were “working on it.” I waited another week. I went back and spoke to the manager and he said “we are working on it. But I’ll just leave you the $50 here next week if they don’t fix it.” Okay 😉😉. Obviously that never happened. The next week I was told by the manager that because the number (long before we ever had it) was at one time on AT&T’s network (Crickets parent company), the free phone promotion doesn’t apply and I wouldn’t be refunded. I don’t ask for much in life. I like honesty, decent customer service, and respect. Not allowing someone to take advantage of an offer because a phone number was previously associated with them before you took ownership of the number is a terrible business model. And there was no warning of this ahead of time or I would have used the phone on one of our other lines. The 800 number level of Cricket will refer any issues you have back to your local store, so good luck with that. I cannot wait to switch back to my previous provider. Sometimes paying a bit more to feel like someone actually cares is worth the extra bucks. A company that would rather nickel and dime their customers than build lifelong service relationships with their customer isn’t someone that I want to do business with. Edit: I’ve already contacted Cricket via Facebook. They too have referred me back to your local store. This is the lack of customer care I’m talking about. You refer me back to Cricket’s Twitter or Facebook to resolve my issue rather than taking care of it at your store where it happened or at the very least over the phone. Update Jan, 2020: I’ve switched back to T-Mobile. Now that they have released their new updated coverage, the service in Murray is great! I’m a real stickler for customer service and nothing burns my biscuits like crummy customer service (cough-cough, Cricket...) so I’m glad to be back with a great company that will follow through with customer issues and won’t drop responsibility.

Saving me a ton of money Update 1/9/20 Never noticed this before but Everytime I make a payment they take out an extra $1 this has been going on since day one. I use there soon to pay because they charge extra to pay in store. They also charge if you call there 800 # to talk to someone I am currently looking for a company who does not add an extra $1 when paying through there app. I've also found out some if the customer service complaints are correct. I wait for a call back for two weeks then just found the answer myself.
