Purchased a SUV from David Taylor’s yesterday and the overall experience was extremely pleasant. Our salesman Andrew was very attentive, engaged, patient and transparent through the search for our perfect car and the buying process. Top notch customer service from everyone we had the pleasure of meeting at this dealership. We will definitely be returning customers for future vehicle purchases. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

We usually have great service and the people are super friendly and knowledgeable. This last service they did everything as they quoted except…we ordered a new key for our truck and we asked if he price of the key included being programmed as well. They said it was for the key & programming. When we picked it up it was only a key fob, (no actual key). When asked about the key 🔑 they said it didn’t come with that and referred us to the local key maker! The price was $50.00 more than quoted as well. So we told them to keep it since we felt like we were lied to..since they left out certain information. They responded that we had to take the fob and pay the price they asked because the fob was already programmed to our vehicle. It just left a bad taste in our mouths (so to speak) and we just felt hoodwinked.

I would recommend anyone looking for a Ram truck to visit David Taylor there prices are amazing and they are more then fair with trade ins and make you feel like you got your moneys worth out of your trade in. Made purchasing my new 2022 Jeep Cherokee Summit Reserve a breeze. Justin was a kind salesman who didn't pressure but sold me the vehicle I chose and was comfortable with. Their service team has updated the Jeep twice since then and came back to put the Zurich protection on the vehicle. All in all, I highly recommend stopping in and finding your next ride. The care and quality of a hometown dealer with a great diverse inventory of vehicles.

I had called around for a couple of days trying to get tires for my Dodge Journey. They were the only ones who actually first, answered there phone, and secondly didn’t just quote me the most expensive tires they had. They lady on the phone asked me what I was looking for and I gave her my budget. She said they didn’t have any in stock right now, but could get them there that afternoon and then call me to schedule. We were taking a trip on Monday and I called last Wednesday and she said they could get me in. When my tires arrived that afternoon, I got a phone call to schedule and he asked me what my next week looked like. I mentioned again that they said they could get me in this week because of my trip. He said to drop it by the next morning and they would fit me in. Drop off went well and I had a ride back to work when about 9 am my daycare called saying my son had a fever and and I needed to pick him up. I panicked because my car and his carseat were at the shop. I called them to see if I could get my car seat out and they said sure and if it was currently in a bay they would lower it for me. I got my seat no problem and my son picked up and sent with grandma. I got a call a 4 pm that my car was ready! After struggling for a few days to get tires it was such a relief that they made it so easy. Needless to know we would need those tires the very next evening when my son had to be air lifted to Vanderbilt for a medical emergency and my husband had a smooth ride all the way to Nashville. So thank you so much to everyone at David Taylor for fitting me in! It was such a blessing for my family to know my husband could arrive safely.

Just purchased a second vehicle in the last 6 months from this dealership. Chandler Bohannon is a fantastic salesman. He is attentive and personable. I had been shopping on the website and went in with photos and stock numbers. Chandler pulled up each one I wanted to try out. Josh, in finance is great and got me a lower interest rate while David Vargas got me a great price on my trade in. Chandler had me bring my new vehicle back in for a detail since it was pouring down rain the day of purchase He will go above and beyond and provided me with a loaner to get it done. These guys stayed over since I came in an hour before close. They had me in and out in about 1.5 hours. Easy process and happy with my purchase.

This dealership and it’s employees did an awesome job today! I drove 2 hours from Henderson, KY and it was the best Decision I could have made in my search for a new vehicle. I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my life and this may have been the best experience I’ve ever had. From the initial sales contact, the sales manager, and ending with the finance manager.
