My visit to Tim Short CDJ was not one that was planned. We were traveling and broke down at their exit. My visit wasn't great, but not because of the staff, rather the circumstances. That said, the two gentlemen that I specifically dealt with were fantastic and extremely helpful! Even taking me to pick up a rental car. If I didn't live 7+ hours away, I would buy my next car from this place.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIES! (EDIT: This dealership made an offer TO ME from MY ONLINE AD called it rock solid and put it in writing, changed it after I drove two hours and this is how he replies. I did NOTHING wrong here, only the so-called owner did. For the record, my sell price was at KBB's trade in value price. Willing to show evidence to anyone just to show how shady this guy is)

Tim Short is a shady character that lies a lot. He replies to any negative review with the exact same cut and paste nonsense and doesn't apologize for his actions. Very unprofessional and very emotional.

Seems like any time Tim Short get's a bad review, he blames the customer even if he's 100% at fault. In this case, Tim Short is literally making up stories about me. Good way to get himself sued.

Bought a used Malibu a long time ago from TS (process was seamless and has been great). Ordered a Maverick when they released to this dealership and had issues with not getting a returned call or confirmation even when I arrived in person to verify when I wasn't called. Originally, left a bad review because of ONE employee who honestly made me feel like an idiot for even ordering one. I don't think he understood the process or was just new. I can't fault an entire dealership when I had a good experience the first time.

I would definitely recommend doing business with Brad Banks at Tim Short CDJR / Ford in KY. I'm very particular about my vehicles and the options they have, and I've purchased plenty of other vehicles from dealers before. I searched around for quite some time and Tim Short ended up having the F150 spec that I was looking for. After filling out an online request form, Brad was super helpful and responsive. He worked with me every step of the way and was very professional and respectful. He worked to accommodate my scheduling and travel needs and has even gone as far as personally following up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was looking for a new Gladiator and had checked several lots in the area. I messaged this lot and was put in contact with Rob McIntosh. I was really concerned that the price of the Jeep I saw online was kind of a gimmick to get you there and "well that is only if you qualify for ____." sort of thing. It was all no-nonsense, I didnt feel like there was a big haggle or any pressure to buy. I didnt feel taken advantage of. I felt like he really went to bat for and I feel like I got an epic deal on a truck I had been wanting for a long time. Don't hesitate to shop here and if Rob asks, tell them I sent you! :D
