Only 2 retail at the store waited to long for me to get attended also customer need to know what they need in order for the customer proceed faster with any activation add a line or port in a number other than that everything was great I had all my information and with that it only took me 15 minutes to port in my number .... a greeting wouldn't be that bad ..... I felt lonely 🙁 😞

Went to see about switching companies and the customer service rep didn’t even move, no eye contact, no greeting. I might as well not even had existed. Garbage customer service. The other company might not have the best service, but they have at least treated me like I exist.

He answered all my questions with detail going above and beyond and made sure I was happy with everything. He was very patient and didn’t rush me at all into buying products. I recognized the manager from lock up ( the Armenian looking guy who thinks he is buff ). Once he noticed me he went to the back and stayed there and had his co worker running back and forth. In the end I just wanted to pay my bill but his minion told me they do not accept cash at this store. I switched to sprint.
