They are rude. They didn’t even acknowledge anyone at the door and we just sat there for like 15 mins for someone to just acknowledge us. They don’t ever want to do their job, they always try and send you off to another location so they don’t have to do it.

David A. has to go he said he can't replace my screen protector but he is lazy to check my account. He is unprofessional and didn't call customer care on his end. I called and was told that I do have life time replacements on the screen protector. David A needs to go through training again. I have the protection 360 and every other store changes them for me. David A. you seriously don't know how to do your job. I hope he reads this. Next time pull up the account. Ask your manager for help. Don't just say no to a customer, lazy worker.

The staff were helpful and polite. I would recommend that you go knowing what you need in order to get out of there as quick as possible. There is a limit on people who can come in so there might be a minimal wait time outside the location. The line here is not as long as I've seen on the Pacific location.
