A really looooong time waiting to get a package, almost a hour...

Within a 6 month period of time, I have had a large check misdelivered to my neighbors mailbox, a debit card that never reached me, a neighbors credit card in my box, no mail delivery for 8 days straight and a valuable package fraudulently signed for and delivered at 8:45pm to a thief and my door was never even knocked on...I live alone. How hard can it be?! When you go to the carrier facility you are literally waiting for more than an hour where they dump their trash! I literally hate USPS at this point!

What's going on Inglewood? Why can't you get it together? My mail has been missing ever since the carrier was given a new route. Rumor has it that our mail lady lives down the street and just calls it a night if she hasn't delivered. On a rare occasion when we do get mail its at 7:47 pm. I understand that you may be shorthanded because of covid, but get it together. It' has gotten very ridicoulus.

This is the most unprofessional USPS. They hire people and put them on the road to deliver mails without proper training and they lose mails or deliver without scanning and gathering proper information and signatures needed. Lady name Nesha who refused to disclose her full name and employee ID called me informing me that my certified mail has been delivered but the mailman forgot to scan and forgot to get it signed during delivery. She needs to get fired for hiring property untrained couriers to handle a certified mail. I have escalated the issue to the higher management. This is just unbelievable and horrible!!!

Went there today , waited In line for about 2 and half hours. Line was not moving and they are only open 11-3pm. The workers appear to be very lazy and not helpful at all. They let 2 people whom they knew in front of the line and gave them packages before any of the people that were in line for a long time. This is not professional at all. People In line even started fighting verbally because people were cutting and being buzzed in by these workers which should not have done so. We left with nothing. No package and I read a lot of reviews and a lot Of people leave with the same nothing. Management definitely needs to Look into their workers. Workers we’re leaving premise with backpacks which seemed sketch smh.

The manager Kenmeshaw Shaw is very negligent and unprofessional. Seems to me they don’t give the carriers a proper training. They lost my friggin certified mail and I’ve escalated this issue. She has the audacity to call me and say “it was delivered but the carrier forgot to scan the mail” really? First off they lost my mail it’s obvious and second, the carriers wouldn’t forget to have it signed/scanned if they were given a proper training... I will hold each and everyone one of you accountable for my certified mail if I don’t see the status of it the website.

This facility is the reason the USPS should be privatized. Incapable and uninterested in delivering the mail. When they do manage to deliver something I've paid for, they leave it at a bank of apt. mailboxes that more than 28 families have access to because otherwise the carrier would have to climb a flight of 10 steps. I work nights and am home all day. You go to this facility to track down whatever they were unable to deliver and the best they can do is have you fill out a form for a supervisor because none of them are there right now. I wouldn't be available either if it were my job. I've been at this address for more than twenty years and take at least one 2 week vac. every year. I give them a start and stop date to hold and restart my mail. I swear to god, they haven't gotten it right ONE SINGLE TIME. I was forced to give a star or couldn't post this.

They lost my package that cost me $100. I called 5 different numbers no one answers. Mail man gives me the neighbors mail. I wonder where mines go. Finally someone answers the call but puts me on hold like 5 time and at the end they hang up.

The most unprofessional and inconvenient post office I've ever dealt with. I requested a 30 day vacation hold and when I called to see if I had any mail waiting to be picked up, the guy on the phone was just rude for no reason. First he told me there was no record of the hold, mind you I had already walked in the office the day before and another worker confirmed the hold so he didn't even know what he was talking about. Then he asked the mail carrier who confirmed he was aware of the hold so I asked again was there any mail for me to pick up and he finally said no. I find this hard to believe seeing that the hold was put into effect 5 days ago, so I should have some type of mail to pick up!

I have had bad experiences with this location multiple times. I live in an apartment complex, the mailman leaves packets on top of multiple mailboxes next to a door with a window that has no lock. Anyone can see package and take it. We have asked him to at least place it by our doors but to no avail. I have lost several packages this way. I tried calling their office and got no answer. I had to leave my job early to make sure I arrived during their most inconvenient business hours. I had the lady ask me to write my tracking number 3 times and wait 20 minutes while she "looked" for packet while walking around in circles only to be told to complete a sheet as my packet could not be located. It was never found. I've had to repurchase items or have had companies, thankfully, replace items. With so much negative feedback, managerial staff needs to take action and train or hire more efficient staff.
