Tillys is a place that i have never forget, I was born in Huntington Beach, grew up there off of 6th Avenue for about 8 years, then when I was 10 we moved to the neighborhood around Huntington Beach High School and lived there for 9 years, then for 5 or 6 years I was in LA Jolla but, there was always a Tillys around i just kinda grew up shopping there and getting gift cards for my family. Absolutely rude!! Nosa is the manager and he was the RUDEST guy I've ever encountered in customer service!! I had in my Tilly's account a 50% voucher and he REFUSED to honor it. He even made my wife and I feel stupid and kept saying it was a scam and we are stupid to fall for it. I called customer service because I thought hmm maybe hes right but it's weird because it is ON MY TILLY'S ACCOUNT (which is THEIR WEBSITE) not just an email mind you. Customer service said that the coupon was valid and he has to honor it. I go back in show them my tillys account with the 50% instead of email and they still refused!! They said that the customer service rep needs to call the store and verify... So the guy calls and he's STILL REFUSING. Telling my wife that the customer service number is wrong. If you google it, it is the same number I was calling but he was like nah it's a 949 number. I don't ever remember a customer service not being a 800 number. So he keeps looking at my phone and being stubborn but finally conceded. After the matter he didn't apologize for the trouble. He just applied the discount and said here you go. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
