Thai dealership did not take care of me as a customer signing a decade long agreement with them. They didn’t support me by fairly explaining lack of warrant options and how that would effect me less than 5 days after purchasing and then after the 7 day policy expired the car continues to have similar internal issues and I’ve only had the car a few months with low miles driven since purchase. One of the internal issues of the car was the doors not locking properly- this led to my car being slept in and items being stolen within a week of me owning the vehicle. Now about two months later the engine light has been on. Thai was such a horrific experience. Young people especially, don’t go here. They are predatory and unethical and I will likely have to take them to court for dealership fraud as this car is a Lemon with an expired warranty. Steer clear of this dealershi(Gardena location). Maybe not all Enterprises are created equally as I’ve received far better service at other locations.

I feel so bad I went to take the survey on my experience and the link expired, so I wanted to put something here at least! Great service from beginning to end! I was assisted in getting a car by Adam who was super cool, insightful and helpful! He made the rental car process such a breeze! Give this man props and a raise!!! When I returned the car, I was assisted by Rod. It was super hot outside and I felt bad because he was in all black and had a face full of sweat. The way this guy displayed positivity and ultimate customer service would have you thinking it was a perfect 75 degree day. This guy is wonderful. Made the returning process a great and easy encounter. Give this man a raise too!!! You don’t come by customer service this good anymore. Both Adam and Rod are amazing. Thank you guys. You guys are literally super cool, never change.

From check-in to vehicle return to shuttle back to the hotel, this location provides end-to-end superior customer service. Our one day convertible rental from DTLA to Malibu was fantastic, even despite the usual chaotic LA traffic! I wouldn't rent from anyone else!!

The process of booking a car rental though the Enterprise website was quick and easy. The car pick up at my nearest location (University Enterprise, DTLA) was very effective. The employees were professional and had amazing customer service. Thank you!

Very nice service, staff are helpful, warm and friendly especially the lady in the front. I love this place, I have been to different enterprise rental car all over la and this one is 4 miles away from me but they really do a great service. Will definitely coming back 😊 Oh and Culler is my favorite last name, he is one of the staff lol he is so nice and friendly. Thank you guys!

Like any other Enterprise I’ve been to, the staff was kind, courteous, and informed me of everything I needed to know about my rental. They had a large supply of cars and I had no problems with the car I was issued. Upon return, Art helped me out and he was fantastic!

Every time I every time I rent a car I come to this specific Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. The agents here are a very customer service oriented, if there's ever any problem or misunderstanding they're happy to help out and solve any issues that arise. Cars are in good condition, always full of gas, and the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely rent here specifically at this location again. It was amazing because there were some hiccups at first I guess it was just communication issues at the front desk but at the end of the day Enterprise Rent-A-Car worked it out. I would like to give them a hand clap because these are hard times from the pandemic and massive inflation enterprises there for their customers and I really appreciate that.
