The worst 7 eleven ever !!!!!!!!! Although I live next door, but I will never go there again!!!! The owner hires rude people that do not even reply good morning, never smile, never answer in a nice polite way!!!! If you are looking for a bad energy or bad start to your day just go to this 7 Eleven store!!!! The night shift guy who stays till early morning is horrible!!!! I will never go there again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad attitude !!

Worst 7eleven .. the cashier plays the fool to force me a big bottle of water while I was asking him if I can have small not-cold bottle of water .. I thought he is not understanding me so I repeated my questions but they are not listening and very rudely answered and kept playing fool !!!!!

I do not know on what principle you work, but you do it terribly! People in this store don't understand what I want from them, they constantly give me the wrong change, or they do it by accident or just want to cheat!!

Not very friendly. I stopped in last night for a slurpee. I was just having a craving. I went in the store and grabbed a large cup and started to pump slurpee. I was soon to discover that none of the six flavors was frozen. The operator came over and told me several times to switch to a different flavor but over and over none of them worked. Then he got very snippy with me like it was my fault. He told me I could go get a soda. I told him I didn't want a soda I'm not going to get anything. He asked me "what are you going to do with your cup?" To avoid conflict I went to another employee and told him what happened and ask him what should I do with my cup. He told me I should just throw it away. These people were very rude, not polite at all, I have no business in the customer service industry. I'm going to take some of the blame because I'm African american. I get this type of behavior often when visiting 7-Elevens run by middle easterners. They seem to have no respect for people like me. So I take full responsibility for being black. But I'm almost through with all 7-Elevens just for that reason. Update: I just received a response to this review 5 months later asking me to send details to their website. I think it's a little late for that. This is a really good example of how much they care about customer service. Wow! Really???

Not a big deal, but the cashiers will be rude if heaven forbid you take 10ish minutes in the restroom. When I got out there was a line of not even 3 people. Cashier asked if I took a shower. Bruh, rude and not even a good roast. Good selection of stuff, decently clean restroom.

I bought a pack of smokes with 10$ cash back. They swore up and down that the transaction didnt go through. Some old guy with gray hair and glasses. Must have been the smuggest rudest people I've ever dealt with. So hard to not jump over the counter and teach him some respect. Now I gotta take more time out of my busy life to deal with this tomorrow. I'm in there all the time and he treated me like I was trying to do something dishonest. I'm off my meds. This wont end well.
