This is the second time I went there. The first time was two years ago. There's no need to make appointment. They are not busy. I went there around lunch time and they were just finishing smoging a car. I only have to wait for 10-15 minutes for them to do mine. The waiting area is clean. The person there is very courteous. They take credit cards and Google Pay. I have a coupon so it's $48 including the certificate to DMV. Check Yelp, I think the special price is there too. Construction Circle is a loop. You can get there from Barranca or Warner. Use your GPS.

I took an appointment and was there 10 mins early. The old guy there said they don't take appointments. it is first come first server always. our website it not updated. He also mentioned that he told the owner, Malik, and his manager to take off the appointment option but they don't listen. This facility has displayed some technicians license info on the wall, but they don't seem to work there. They old guy said, he only work there .... not sure if he is certified technician or have proper license to work. There is no info available. not willing to support such business practice. I will stay away. Service: Smog certification

Had my Smog check done that I have purchased from Groupon. They didnt require an appointment but i suggest calling first, the mechanic JC helped me, hes very friendly. The whole smog check was done in 10-15mins. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my family and friends.

I made an online appointment to get a smog check and received an email confirmation of my appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and went into the office to check in. I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone came to talk to me. When someone finally came to the desk, I said I had an appointment at 1pm for a smog check. The man told me they weren't taking appointments, and that I had to wait while 3-4 other walk-ins got helped first, and they only had one person working that day. It you aren't going to honor appointments, then don't offer customers the option of making appointments! It was clearly going to take a long time, so I left and will get the smog check elsewhere. Prices also weren't available on the website and when I arrived I saw their price list and it seemed expensive (~$70 for a Rav4) compared to other local shops.

I found a deal on yelp that charged $24 instead of the regular price. Next, I called and made a 1:00 PM appointment and mentioned the deal. They said that they reserved a 1:00 PM appointment for me and that they would honor the deal. When I arrived at 12:55 PM there were two people in line in front of me. The appointment time means nothing. Both people in front of me got their vehicles checked first. Finally, when it was time to pay they tried to charge me full price. I mentioned the yelp deal, and I ultimately paid $24. However, the entire experience felt sleazy. They also need to clean the waiting area. The chairs look like they have been there for decades. Suggestions: 1) Have real appointment windows 2) Charge people the correct amount 3) Buy new chairs 4) Work on the communication skills

The technitian was fast n friendly! This has to be easiest thing to do, I just booked online then showed up the next day at opening and was out in under 15min min flat. Really nice spot tucked in near the place they make cement. I used navigation, for sure.
