This is so silly, i stop by to buy staff and the cashier told me the system down for 15 mins!? Even if the system was down although imm sure it is not, how could you tell the exact time of fixing the "system issue" this is rediclous and disrespectful

For nearly 15 years, if I'm getting a burrito next door at El Azteca I always stop in here to get an Arizona Tea. Very convenient. Heads up, for as long as I can remember, this 711 has always had a weird smell. Not sure if it's a cleaning product or an air freshener. Somewhat off-putting.

The night cashier, John, is extremely rude. There has been two occasions where I saw this employee become confrontational with the customer who was not problematic in any way. He just refused service for no apparent reason. This is very unprofessional. It was not a pleasant thing to watch from my perspective so I can only imagine what the customer was feeling. I will not be returning to this location.

The lady looked at me and said oh I’m sorry you can go the cashier says no you can step up you were in line first. I looked at the cashier in disbelief for a minute because I know I’ve been standing there for a couple of minutes waiting for her to ring me up. After that I turned around and put the things that I had in my hands back and started exiting. As I’m leaving the cashier asked if I was ready I told her that’s ok and I left and went to the normal location I always go to. I will NEVER EVER come to this location again. The people are rude.

Not carrying anything, no hello, no I'll be right with you, nothing.. This is is not this first time this has happened. This time I walked right back out.
