So I saw a previous review of a racial treatment issue and as a biracial woman who is part black, I was hesitant to go in and was trying to keep to myself, but the woman behind the counter really helped me out showing me the jewelry and pointing out the changing rooms so I felt fine after the interaction. Got a beautiful necklace for my friend's birthday and a cute pair of shoes for $6.50 for myself. Nice little store!

I’ve gone to resell as well as trade. The owner acts racist and mainly helps white people. She has a smug personality and says rude things. The store is over crowded with large circular clothing racks in the middle of the small store,you have no room to shop comfortably without bumping into another rack of boring overpriced clothes or another person. I’ve brought in name brand clothes in new to gently worn conditions,some with tags still attached and if offered anything they gave $30.00 to 40.00 for items that were worth $40.00 to $100.00 each piece. I guess the people running the store think those of color don’t know what high end items are worth. I wouldn’t recommend this store because of the rude attitudes and lowball offers given to the Black or Hispanic customers. If you want to resell/trade your items or find new/gently worn fun,flirty items go to Buffalo Exchange or Platos Closet. Act needs a remodel of its store layout,it’s customer service and equality for payouts of consignment. Better yet buy at Goodwill money goes to a good cause and you don’t have to deal with rudeness or indecent profiling for shop or resell. It’s time someone be honest about the store owners personality.

Awful woman runs this shop. The dog and older lady are the star, the rest is pure garbage. Rude and just nasty. All they want is high end and they aren't even high end themselves.

The staff is very nice and they always take a lot of things I sell, which are all fashionable. However for me to find something that I like is hit or miss. A lot of the clothing is dated, but I do find a stylish gem here and there. I think a great idea would be to have select customers decide what items to feature on the newsletter so it’s diverse and you get a fresh take.

Shopping at Act II is always a fun experience. The store is loaded with designer clothes, many with tags still on. From casual to evening, the prices are SUPER reasonable and the quality is consistently A+. It's my first stop and go-to including accessories. Enjoy finding your nuggets.

I have shopped and sold at this boutique many times and it’s always a treat! extremely positive and helpful owners and staff are ready to assist and help with recommendations. Organizing the clothes by size and color makes for some serious time savings when you know what you’re looking for. thank you Act II for helping me look good on a budget!

Staff was rude and were not even wearing masks in the store. Owner was rude and they move along with the seasons way too fast. I came here with some friends to sell shoes but were immediately declined because the owner said that they were "too floofy and belonged to a circus." Excuse me? The shoes were done by Fergi what's her name and I wouldn't come here again. 👎 You can lose customers this way and I am going somewhere else for second hand clothing. Not a store with a staff that have their noses in the air. Ugh!
