I love this place--great inventory and service. I've purchased a lot of merchandise from Hanger 94 over several years and I am always satisfied. If I need a special order, they always follow through and get what I'm looking for. I recently showed interest in a pair of sunglasses, but they didn't have the color I wanted. Trevor worked with me on getting the color I wanted and called me when they arrived. Thanks again!

Customer Service - Was directed today by a helpful employee working upstairs to a rack with discounted board shorts for my son. The shorts were all priced $39.99. Another employee helped us at that the discount rack for sizing which we appreciated. We took the shorts up to the register and they rang up @ $55.00 which I realized after I paid for them. I realized this before leaving the store. So I asked the girl at the register to please honor the $39.99 price but she wouldn't. Her explanation was that some customer must have put those shorts in the discount area. I even asked another employee for help with the price and he gave the same programmed answer. My thoughts are, more than likely an employee forgot to mark the shorts down. We all make mistakes but she chose to place blame with the customer. I wouldn't be shocked if she didn't know that customers are why she has a paycheck. I have spent a ton of money in this store over the years for clothes for my son and myself. We have also purchased skateboards & other apparel such as hats. This isn't the 1st time I've had a bad experience with pricing. I gave them another chance today because they are mom and pop owned. However I really don't think we will be back again. The employees have a bad outlook concerning how they view customers. I have a feeling it is directly passed down from the ownership here. I am 46 years old, my son and air were followed around the store like we were about to steal something. Considering our experience today we will not be back. We know how the staff feel about customers so they'll likely not care anyway. By the way I own a local business too and like this business get paid by customers. We value ours however and I'll pass along my experience today.

They have some good stuff here, but they have a terrible return policy. With tags on and receipt it’s store credit or exchange only. I know other stores that do that, but they train the staff to tell each customer prior to purchase so they’re aware of the policy. I feel it’s kind of shady business to not verbally tell each customer if your policy is different than the norm. I got a swimsuit and shorts without trying it on in store because of Covid and it didn’t fit right. I wanted to return it and nope. So, if you shop here be prepared to keep it. I wish that I had known that before I dropped that much money.

I've been here multiple times for cloths, sunnies, shoes and wetsuits. Great selection every time. Recently I came in to get a new summer board and was helped by Tanner. He was very knowledgeable with regard to boards and after helping me search through various models fitted me with a Lost Hydra. His recommendation was outstanding, and I had a great first session on the board. I'll be back next time I'm in the market for a new board.

It's a nice store with a solid collection of surf and snowboarding gear. Prices seemed reasonable too. One thing I had a challenge to ignore is a variety of clothing items and gear available for men vs women. There were rows and rows of clothing and gear for guys and only a couple articles for ladies. I hope they will broaden their scope and serve all of their clients in the similar capacity.

I left the store about an hour ago and wish I asked the name of the three young men that helped my daughter build her first skate board. All three were juggling the skate & surf department efficiently with a friendly, positive vibe. She's stoked, I'm excited for her and the level of respect & kindness they showed my daughter & I made me a customer for life. Thanks so much gentlemen & thanks Hanger 94 for employing such fine people.

Congratulations...... Official Dakine, Rusty, Creatures, Billabong, Futures dealer and soo much more. Lost quick silver etc..... Catch surf...... Burton Valcom Arcade Oakley. Workin on convincing hommie to work some DHMBMX and service Rockshox or Fox and working on carrying Patagonia for travel surf skate snow camp expodition gear too and hopefully will be blessed with MORE Van's And Hopefully welcome Solomon International in near future snow and ski and PARCORP Yamakazi original shoes! And possibly Powerslide USD Shadow someone needs a real dealer!
