Manager was an awful woman. Rude and dismissive. They got the products wrong and used up the coupon then refused to compensate for their mistake. Never experienced this level of ineptitude in my entire life. Avoid this store like the plague

Today I visited the La Mesa, Ca. AT & T store and had the most amazing customer service from Branden. He assisted me with the set up of a replacement iPhone as well as deleting data from my old phone. He was very professional and efficient. The store was busy, but he made time for me and provided stellar service. Thank you!!!

Please everyone go see Dana! She is one of the most genuinely kind and nice people that I have ever met. You can absolutely tell from the smile on her face and how she interacts with every guest that she is not just a attentive worker and good at her job, but that she really cared. That is very rare now a days. I cannot speak more highly of Dana. She is a pro and a rock star and I can’t recommend her enough!!!!

Dana, was phenomenal. She was laid back, yet professional, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. She explain a fairly complicated process and move from Verizon, not just to AT&T but to the FirstNet program as well. She took care of everything, and we couldn't be happier with the switch. Way to go Dana. You made an incredible first impression on new customers!!!

When we couldn’t get the phone we just bought to transfer data from the old phone, and we hadn’t left the store we were told they couldn’t help us. Then they wouldn’t take the phone back ( we hadn’t left the store) without paying a restock fee of $55. We were told by the manager he did his job, we should call Apple. Also told our bill would go up less than $20 for the monthly charge for the phone…. Nope! Closer to $60! Still trying to transfer info to the new phone. Last time I will deal with these folks.

I went in the AT&T store yesterday to upgrade both mine and my husband's phones. Dawn (I think that's her name) has great customer service skills and she IS VERY knowledgeable! I didn't feel like we were getting gouged on prices or being sold the most expensive products. She knew what she was doing and is very polite and professional. The guy who was working with her at the time helped me put the shield cover for my phone and he did an awesome job! The two of them have great teamwork. This is definitely my most enjoyable experience in-store at AT&T!
