Khaled was extremely helpful and quick. He helped replace the ancient broken phone with a new one at a very good price. Even helped with fixing the Gmail, installed the tempered glass and found a way to save money on the bill bc of me being low income . I would recommend him to all my friends!

I have spent over $200.00 here in a little over a month. At first Khaled was super helpful. Why am I not surprised it was money motivated? I came in today with some issues with my brand-new hotspot. Not so helpful anymore. Also arguing with me about how I could not possibly be losing money because I can't use my hotspot. When you pay for something, you cannot use, you are losing money. Anyways he tells me to call the cricket 800 number. So, I do and they're telling me to go back to the store, that he can help me. I wasn't spending any money this time, so I guess my problems don't matter. I also looked up trouble shooting the Turbo Hotspot 2 and apparently this hotspot causes the same issues with almost every customer. But instead of telling me that from the beginning and selling me a better hotspot he just told me it was "on sale" and the "last one" so I would buy it. Now it's a month later and it's already not working. I won't be using this location anymore and I will advise all my customers against it as well.

I got my phone at different Cricket , I stopped by grossmont and checked out something on my account. The guys were super helpful and offered to save me $30 per month and I was like damn the cricked at Broadway was holding back. Within 11 minutes they helped me sign me for ACP . Now I save $30 per month and imma cricket customer forever . I will be sure to refer my friends and family to Khaled & Luis!!! These guys are AWESOME!!!

I stopped by here and asked where Metro is located, instead, I switched to Cricket!! Initially, I was hesitant but the person helping me was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered to switch me and set me up with a $30 monthly discount through what's called ACP. NO instead of paying $40 for 5 Gb, I'm getting unlimited for $25!!!!! Stop by and ask for Khaled!!!!
