I stopped to get tacos across the street and whilst waiting i had the sudden urge to use the bathroom. I had to go bad! I thought id run across the street and buy a coke to go with my tacos. At this point im dying to use the bathroom, i asked if i could please use the bathroom and would buy something. They said no. I explained i could buy something first if i could please use the bathroom after. The guy at the register was firm and said No! I know its not a requirement to let patrons use your bathroom but i thought it was messed up. I cant imagine what people who are homeless have to go through. Compassion wins you business, so i will pass when driving by this store in the future.

So on the 7-11 app, it's says your coffee is Free If it's not fresh. So I went into 7-11 at 861 sunset Dr in LaPuente and the Columbian (2containers) were both empty and not fresh. So I made the coffee as I always have to do, and went to pay for my coffee and other things and I told the worker isn't my coffee free because it's not fresh and I had to make it. He said No and still charged me. What do I do???.

The lady that works their just took $20 away from me, she claims it was fake but when she marked the bill it was yellow/gold if it was fake isn’t it supposed to turn a dark color? She kept the bill saying she had to turn it into the bank 3-20-21

The lady that works there seems like she hates her life ,every time I go there she has a really bad attitude,i ask for mayo and she said "i cannot give you that if you're not order a hotdog!!!"she is lucky not to yell at me in front of my girl she would drag her out by the hair and teach her not to talk down to people like that ,she should not be anywhere near customers,

I stopped for a fountain drink and a snack. The fountain drink "diet Coke" was practically see through. I've been to plenty of 7-eleven to know their machines are always on point

I would have given a zero if I could. I ordered 5 chicken wings for $3 and asked the cashier named Ashok to give me the regular ones with no spices. He said “these have no taste you need to wait for another 3 minutes. I will make some more” I replied “It’s ok I just want the regular ones not the spicy kind” He then said “they are not going to be spicy”. Thus, I waited for few more minutes. When I got them they looked spicy and I questioned him again. He said “they are not spicy.” I brought them to my car and decided to give them a try. After tasting the sauce covered the chicken I went right back to the store and asked him for an exchange or a refund because they ARE spicy. He looked straight to my eyes and repeatedly saying “they are not spicy and we don’t give refund.” I can’t believe someone would say such a thing. I then left the order on the register, took a picture of the chicken wings and left. This is unbelievable! Such a horrible service ! You can’t reason with this person. I would never go back again. Be aware!

I would avoid the food here, and stay with their fresh coffee. It is a 7 11, so you know what you get, and that is enough. Pretty big, always fresh coffee. There isn't a lot expected from seven eleven,and this location do what it need to.

Worst service ever, pizza was dry & old! They do not give receipts! Gave us the wrong change & when confronted, said they don't hand out receipt unless requested. Manger didn't take responsibility. Said to come back tomorrow if they have money left over, then we're right. Problem is we live very far!!!
