Shop owner is extremely rude and does not provide knowledge on pricing or the properties of a crystal. So much for spirit healing. Come here if you’d like an inexperienced half-plastic woman ripping you off.

The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I really enjoyed talking with her and exploring the crystals. I bought a beautiful amazonite neckless, there are many crystals and stones to choose from.

This place is overpriced indeed. Elsa the owner is very rude and unprofessional. We spent about 30min in that store and quickly took notice on how other customers felt unwelcome and uncomfortable at Elsa’s behavior towards them whenever they said they were “just looking.” When we eventually decided to buy a few small items and started checking out, suddenly Elsa walked away and left us waiting by register in the middle of our transaction to deal with other customers. While waiting for Elsa to come back and finish the sale, we witnessed how others were leaving the store while complaining about her poor customer service. We began to feel very frustrated and decided to leave the store. To our surprise, Elsa started chasing us and threatening us with bad karma if we didn’t buy things from her. She also made an offensive statement about me being foreigner from Russia. I have been in USA for 30 years and I have never been humiliated by anyone! My culture had nothing to do with our transaction. She is simply using any means of retaliation towards us in return for not purchasing her crystals.

Being avid rock collectors, we were stoked to see the beautiful variety of crystals on display in the windows and all along the walls. That being said, it’s very frustrating not being able to handle a single item in the entire store. Perhaps understandable for larger items and pieces that are clearly very fragile. But every single thing? Small spheres, towers, even bulk polished stones? There are no visible prices. Only countless “Don’t Touch” signs. We’re not about to stand in a line of customers just to point our finger repeatedly to ask what every item we’re curious about costs. How ridiculous. Travel a mile down the Coast Highway to Kristalle instead for a better retail therapy experience.

The owner of the shop was the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever socialized with. Phone dropped and the owner thought someone dropped a stone and kicked everyone out of that area from the store. By the way everything is overpriced compared to other crystal museums around the area. Don’t waste your money or time here. The terrible attitude in this business and the lack of customer service will make any person move along from this false image of a store.

Seriously, Do not go here. The sales lady breathes down your back as you look around at crystals. She will constantly ask/tell you "Are you looking for anything in particular?" "Do you own any stones?" "Don't touch, you're just looking anyways.". Honestly I had $200 in my wallet ready to spend on rocks but after I talked with her a few times, and saw how she did business.. I was put off by her vibes. She isn't one of us, all those stones are tainted by her bad vibes. I will not be buying anything from her or recommending this shop.
