I had to ship some posters today. They didn't have any pre-made packaging that would fit, so right away he started cutting cardboard and bubble wrap to the size I needed. I had my kids with me and he gave them paper and markers to draw with while I was filling out the shipping forms. He even offered to let my 2 year old keep her marker since she cried when I took it to give back to him. So nice and super helpful! The final product for shipping looked great too! Highly recommended!

I stopped by today to drop a couple FedEx prepaid boxes off to be picked up. Really simple and for Mail Stop no money. I asked a question and realized I was missing a basic supply to ship a few more items (wasn't something they carried or sold) I asked where I could get some and they just gave me what I needed. Total cost of maybe $.05 but they didn't hesitate, didn't question, didn't look up to see if I was a profitable customer for them, they just handed it over and said take it. The 2 gentlemen that were in there today (I think they are there most of the time) were super helpful and just nice. I want to give them all my shipping business moving forward. They didn't have to treat me so well it was a conscious choice they made.

They gave my mailbox away and changed my lock although it was paid for. Had problems with them for years. I asked what did you do with my mail??? they couldn't answer that. They don't have a reliable system for tracking who paid for their mailbox and who did not. Got my mailbox back and finally a key a week later but the key doesn't work.They said they will change the lock this week so my key will fit. I only use them at this point for my address but I divert my mail now. I was hoping it would get better over the years but it has not. If you can stay away!
