So grateful to have our local Laguna office!! I live closer to the local UPS and used to literally curse the days I had to drive to FedEx to drop off a package. This new management is awesome, so please ignore the old comments. They also have some really great office supplies you can pick up in cute cards. If I were you and you were going to downtown Laguna I would avoid the USPS like the plague. It really sucks when the customer service isn’t top notch, and My Laguna Office has really turned around my experience of sending items downtown through FedEx!!

I have spent way too much money and time trying to ship stuff to my son in NY and my daughter in San Francisco. By chance I went into My Laguna Office. Lauren has since simplified my shipping - and oh my gosh I am soooo happy I don’t have to drive to the Laguna Niguel Fedex again! Give it a go and you’ll never go to the post office again. (PS- I did 2 day shipping through USPS and it turned into 4- a late birthday present needs a belated card - not with Lauren )

I woudl highly recommend Lauren and Laguna Office! I was visiting Orange County for a fwe months and she was fabulous at handling all my shipping needs. I was able to get in and out safely with her open doors and fast service once I was in her shop, and she was always pleasant and had the best solutions each time, and i know under that mask she was smiling:)

Well you are all very blessed to have Lauren Fisher in the area, she owned and ran the lovely shop A Taste of Home here in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 she did a fantastic job and helped my little business at the time to get recognition by giving me a chance in the market to sell my hand made product, the Jamaican Patties. How great that a small Laguna shop moves on and grows! I saw the ownership of My Laguna Office had changed and went to drop off an Amazon return. Ended up have a great conversation with the new owner. Lots of good things in store for this little Laguna shop… how exciting!

I happen to find this store/customer service fantastic. I never have a problem when I need to buy, ship or pack something. Honestly, I’m not sure about these negative reviews about this place. This place isn’t a corporation so there is charge for tape, emails etc. 1 customer times 100+ more, all costs come from the owners pocket so she’d be silly giving her self bought items away for free. Don’t you think?! Her “attitude” totally mirrors others so you get what you give in other words :)

Quite possibly the worst shipping experience in the world - twice. I tried to give the lady that works there the benefit of the doubt by going back, but the joke was on me. The lady claims she owns the business and there is absolutely no way she has the competence to keep the store running. I’m convinced she has never shipped a package despite the 4 months in between each time I tried to ship from this location. I asked for a box and she kept trying to put my things in an envelope. Then I verbally had to spell out how to spell mountain and she completely butchered it. On redoing the address, she never asked me about a return address or any return information, thus having to REDO the whole process for a third time. During the third redo, I told her I needed insurance and she decided to ignore me and after she printed out the label, told her again I needed insurance and she threw a fit and told me I didn’t tell her. She then had the nerve to tell me the computer wasn’t working. It gets worse. I spent 45 minutes trying to send a package FROM A POST STATION and never got the package out. I will never return to this place and warn any people before wasting their time and maybe never getting their package to the intended recipient.

This store has many options of office supplies. The problem is the staff. I have been in numerous times over the past year and always leave feeling I was a bother. The owner doesn't care about business, he wants the money but not the bother of helping customers in even a moderately helpful manner. I will travel to another town with my shipping needs rather than deal with someone who doesn't want my business.
