I had to ship some posters today. They didn't have any pre-made packaging that would fit, so right away he started cutting cardboard and bubble wrap to the size I needed. I had my kids with me and he gave them paper and markers to draw with while I was filling out the shipping forms. He even offered to let my 2 year old keep her marker since she cried when I took it to give back to him. So nice and super helpful! The final product for shipping looked great too! Super disappointed in this company. I called at least 3 times with messages left, left a email on this website and not one time got a response from Anyone. I bought my beautiful pearl ring at the sawdust festival in 2004. Finally found a design I loved. She , the owner, told me it was guaranteed for life. In 2012 the pearl had fallen out. Greatfully a co worker found it on my keyboard! I called he, mailed it out and she did fix it.. no charge as promised. Now, 2017 December, it was gone. I was at a business and when I was in line, I noticed again it was gone. Looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Hence, phone calls AND email ON HER WEBSITE. Not an answer. I was so sad this is how business was done. I spent a pretty penny on the 14ct gold ring, I even went back and bought 14ct drop pearl earrings. Not one response. I've tried to YELP, but couldn't find them. Very dissatisfied with the no regard. ~Debra
