Love shopping at this Laguna Beach store. Always reminds me of Crazy Shirts in Kailua-Kona Hawaii. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. Every visit I exclaim upon entering that I am not buying one thing. That's because it is either two or three items. Pamper yourself, go visit this store... Aloha ~Mark

The Laguna Beach team was incredible! I came in looking to grab a new pair of boardshorts because my old ones were on their way out. I instead ended up with three new pairs and a cool new backpack! They have these super cool hybrid shorts that you can wear as regular or as trunks. Big shout out to Jake for taking the time to explain everything to me and helping me along the way. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in town. ~Tony

Quite a few selection of items for your souvenirs and clothing for the Laguna Beach área. Fair prices but not a lot of items on sale specially in the clothing section. We visited on July 2019. Is a nice store. My main critic? Terrible customer service form the gentleman. Not a hello or a thank you. Not nice either when you ask questions such as sizing or colours. We went there twice and both times we find him having a bad day lol ~K

If you have time stop in. It an amazing shop. Great customer service. Even gave me a mask to come in. ~Donald

I absolutely 💯 loved my reading with Paulina and taro cards. I also loved Sammy and the auroa photography reading that was spot on. They were 3 ladies working and gave such great advice and demonstrations for what candle and crystal works for your auroa. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a reading. ~Seagem

Kirk is awesome, definitely a cool guy! I bought a pair of earrings from his booth at the sawdust festival and unfortunately lost one while surfing. I asked if he could make me another to match the one I still had and he did. He was super easy to work with and very patient with me (I took forever to finally come pick the set up) 11/10 would recommend! He also has very unique pieces and is super reasonably priced. ~Serena

Came to laguna beach for some brunch and stumbled upon this small jewelry place named Primitaves which would come out to be my first ever experience being racially profiled. We were examining some rings that we were interested in purchasing and simply asked what it was made of when after the manager blatantly accused us of holding possession of a ring us being the only colored people there I suppose we looked out of place in her eyes as she explained shed look back at the tapes and reply to this review. I am eager to see a video of us happily walking in and trying on rings! Did I mention my sisters entered looking to buy something for her kids and the manager said "those are too expensive for you we have cheaper options here" coincidence or what. ~Joshua

So grateful to have our local Laguna office!! I live closer to the local UPS and used to literally curse the days I had to drive to FedEx to drop off a package. This new management is awesome, so please ignore the old comments. They also have some really great office supplies you can pick up in cute cards. If I were you and you were going to downtown Laguna I would avoid the USPS like the plague. It really sucks when the customer service isn’t top notch, and My Laguna Office has really turned around my experience of sending items downtown through FedEx!! ~Helena
