poor pharmacy service. lady in back has just been on phone and they won’t tell me how long I will have to wait til so and so gets off the phone. meanwhile the other employees are shopping in farmers market and apologizing for being late. big line, and still no help after sitting here for a Hot Minute! Go Elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy. The woman there said she didn’t have time to put in my discount code for my medication because they would be closing soon. She said it would take 5-10 minutes to process the discount and wouldn’t even try. It was also not 5-10 minuets before closing. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

All staff, store and pharmacy, clearly don’t want to be there and have no desire to provide any level of service. I am switching pharmacies as sick of getting alerts that prescription refills are ready only to turn up and find out the text message system and actual pharmacy don’t sync up. Of course every time that happens the pharmacy staff do nothing to assist. CVS seems to have forgotten their customers matter.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy in existence. Absolutely no customer service and management including pharmacist should be terminated immediately. I do not leave bad reviews to anyone but for your own good avoid this location by any means if you want to get correct medication or any kind of service.

Horrible customer service. Went to the La Paz location for 2 reasons. 1) Exchange a L’Oreal facial powder because I got the wrong shade of color. Doing a straight exchange the lady asked me for my Visa card. I explained she doesn’t need my visa to do a straight exchange you could just wipe the products and still have a record without asking me for my visa. She couldn’t help me so called Tiffany to help. Tiffany explained she does need my visa card as they need record. She continues to scan both L’Oreal products and then doesn’t ask me for my Visa card at all to which she apparently didn’t need even though she insisted she did. So basically I was right they didn’t need my card and they just wasted more of my time To wait for an additional cashier to tell me the same exact thing and then do the opposite. 2) I had both my Covid vaccines at this location. No problems with the vaccinations. I did receive an email stating I would receive a 20% off entire purchase coupon upon the second shot. Which I never received. So I asked about it while I was there. She replied she didn’t have the coupon an asked me to go back to pharmacy to ask them for it which I did. Pharmacy had no idea about the coupon or anything that I was talking about. Tiffany walked up and sarcastically said to the pharmacy technicians “I gave you them earlier today”…And which I sat down waiting for them to find and she came back stating they didn’t have any back there either. She suggested that I go to another CVS to get that coupon in which I thought it was strange she couldn’t just print one out and suggested that I take my time to drive somewhere else to get the coupon that they should’ve given me upon my second shot.

Be cautious with manager of the pharmacy! I have a prescription from my doctor of two medications. Mrs. Bianca informed us that they do not have stock for one particular request and that we need to find a different CVS. We passed by the CVS down the road from here and were told that the CVS we were at does have enough stock to complete our prescription. So Mrs. Bianca is completely lying to me and wasting my time by sending us to a different CVS. This is completely unacceptable. A complaint needs to be addressed directly to CVS about this situation. Hope this situation does not happen to anyone else, especially after a delivery when we are in pain.

There is no replacement for live in person customer service. I dislike giving a low score, but it is impossible to reach this store. Everything is automated, and the automated system hangs up on you while you're trying to get assistance. I was trying to get a question answered before I drive in to the store, but there was no way to reach anyone.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. They consistently miss call ins for prescriptions, don’t notify when meds are filled, won’t pick up the phone. Truly horrific. While waiting for pickup I’ve heard them apologizing to every person. To top it all off did not consult on new medication so violating law as well.

This cvs pharmacy has all expected products a good drug store would have, the manager and the staff are very friendly, always helpful and smiley.The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable & likely go out of their way to help you. I personally enjoy going to this store more than other stores.
