Not a fan of this one, I think you know why. Foothill ranch has a better one. It is convenient at times but that's not the problem at this g&m chevron location. Most employees are helpful and courteous but one who seems to hate people or the job.

I have been going to this Chevron for years. The last few times my credit card would not work, no matter what pump, so I went elsewhere. Well, yesterday I tried again, and it would not take my card. I went to go inside to pay and a team member came out to help me. Duh, they changed their swipe processors to dips and I had my card in backward! The team member was so nice and went out of his way to actually come outside and show me what I was doing wrong. Way to go Chevron. You have a great team at your Lake Forest location.

I went Chevron gas station located at Lake Forest and when I walked in a very polite girl and excellent Customer service by the name Idalia make feel so especial that I won’t forget a long time.

The older lady there has bad bad customer service I went to get gas with my husband card she asked for I'D I said it's my husband she said well I can't help you I walk out so I go to one of the pump's to get gas and she shuts them down like why you do that I am getting $40 dollars of gas I get the hole point I didn't have an I'd but I went to pay outside to pay at the pump anybody can pay outside but she kept shouting down

I was a client of this station for 10 years, but I'm not going anymore. The person who works there is always in 'break' and they are never there when you want to buy something. The price of gas is always 20 cents more expensive than other locations. Mr. Armando who worked there was the best employee, then they fired him and put a 'witch' in his place, luckily we do not go there anymore and we have spread the word so that people stop ra that station, now we go to Shell. Very bad location, I do not recommend it to anyone from Lake Forest.

Terrible coustomer service. Went in to grab a muffin and use the bathroom and the old mexican lady was very rude. She rushed me out of the bathroom and would not let me pay for the snack because she wanted to go on break. I work right around the corner and wont be going back ever.

I go there since its around the corner from my work to fill up my work truck. Hate there pumps, from time to time they go into a limp fill mode. Which is like a trickle fill. You ask the attendants and there like it happens you just have to wait. When I mean wait it took over 30 minutes to fill my tank 12 gallons. I think it's a Chevron bug since it also happened at the Laguna Niguel location. But that attendant told me when it happens. You release the handle for 30 seconds and re-squeeze. Repeat until it pumps correctly. In the morning time the woman running the cashier will just talk to the gardeners and when your in a rush. Your like please get another cashier so if they want to chit chat the people who want to get in and get out can. Most part bathrooms clean, well maintained.

The old Mexican lady is extremely rude. And I'm not racist because I'm Mexican. She needs to retire with her old ass. She has attitude every day. I will not return here again and I'll let all 200 employees who work here know too. I'm telling them not to go there. At least until she's fired.

Always good to see a gas station where the employee working the front is too busy chatting with her friends on the phone to help any customers. If you can't take the time to take my money I won't be giving it to you. I went to the liquor store next door and they were happy to help me!
