Finally found a nail salon worth coming to. Jay (Jade?) is amazing, he gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve had in the last 10 years. The 2 technicians I’ve had for my manicure and fill were also great. This is my new spot!

Insanely rude. Horrible attitude. “Q” or whatever her name is was taking off my old acrylic nails and went at the wrong angle and stabbed my finger..ok mistakes happen, however, it was her nasty attitude and response that was the problem. Instead of her just apologizing or asking if I’m ok…she gets mad!! Gets up and says someone else can do it. Literally no exaggeration. Management didn’t even hold her accountable. Never going back. Horrible Experience! Service: Acrylic nails

After various visits to this nail salon, i realized my experience depended on who actually did my nails. Each visit was an inconsistent outcome. I normally recieve a full set of acrylic nails with gel. Some sets were great and some, not so much. Sloppy sets or extremely thick nails, bubbles, crooked nails- i've paid $40+ for a mediocre set of nails. Unfortunately, i will no longer return. Recently, i received a set of nails i was not happy with. What was bothersome was that the nail tech had suggested designs that i went along with because i trusted her creative recommendations. That was a mistake. It became apparent she only pushed for me to get designs to charge more. As you can see, the designs don't go together and were done poorly. I also had asked for matte black, i received glossy nails. The nail tech said it was about $48 and when i went to pay, the women at the front said $70. When i told the woman what the nail tech priced me, they had a brief chat and they priced me $65. I later looked at my receipt to discover she had charged me $70 anyway. I returned the next day to have the designs removed as i decided not to keep them and i was told to come back the next day. I didn't understand why i couldn't wait my turn if they couldn't take me in then and there or suggest a later time as they have done before. I said okay and asked what time, i thought perhaps there's a certain time frame for services such as mine. The woman said they open at 10am, to call beforehand and see if there's availability. I was sent away and brushed off. The woman wasn't empathetic, apologetic, concerned- nothing. I don't think their price points are an accurate reflection of their quality of services. And they displayed poor customer service with how they handled my concerns. As you can tell by the photo, i don't think this represents a $70 manicure. I wouldn't recommend this location.
