We love coming to this T-Mobile. The employees here are really friendly and they make sure that you leave the store satisfied. We have been coming here for years and never experienced any problems. Michael L is the one who helps us whenever we go to the store. He is really sweet and nice. He makes sure that whatever we need assistance on that it is fixed. I recommend going to this T-Mobile if you need any assistance with your phone needs.

So my husband and I came to upgrade our phones. Adrian helped us. He was amazing!!! Not only did we find out that Sprint was still charging my husband for his lost tablet, but....he was able to figure out how to save the voicemails from my dad who recently passed. The Sprint dude couldn't do it and didn't even try very hard. Some sim card error thing that Adrian figured out by investigating and solving for me. Meant a lot. Adrian was patient and gave tips. Never had that before with a cell phone company....mainly feels like car sells....hours of being sold a car. But Adrian was super cool. Thank you for everything!!

Came here to buy phon covers and screen protectors, idk if its just too busy or not enough ppl, took over 20min just to get on to the wait list, and befpr that the guy taking names skips me twice and adss 2 other cutomers ahead of me on the list, then when i ask how long is the list or how far until im next, and i get no answer, dude walks away, in my 11 years of sprint i never had this kind of issue at a store.

My working phone needed to be transferred from a Sprint account. The person helping me disconnected my phone and told me that I needed to call T-Mobile to get it sorted out. I had to go home and call T-Mobile from a land line to get my phone working again.

First and foremost, I dread going into phone stores. Upon entering the store I was very frustrated by the fact that my phone was completely out of service! I was greeted by JERRY who ensured the issue I was having with my device would be solved efficiently... that alone put me at ease knowing that the problem I was having with my device was fixable. Jerry handed my device over to his coworker BRYAN who he entrusted to better assist with the issue I was having (TEAMWORK). From the moment my device reached Bryan’s hand up until I left the store he exemplified EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although my device had to be shipped off in order to be fixed (battery issues), he ensured that I wouldn’t leave the store phone-less and patiently assisted with setting up the loaner device I was given. I am not the most tech savvy individual so having his assistance was AMAZING! Both Bryan and Jerry made my experience one to remember, we shared a few laughs in the midst of setting up the loaner device. It’s all about the experience for me, I will ABSOLUTELY return to this store to purchase the new iPhone 12 as well as highly recommend this store to others. Mike T helped me out. I had a crisis in which customer service was not able to help me out and I had gone back in forth between them and another store. My device was not working and even though there was nothing that could be done he explained why with so much detail that I understood and did not dismiss me like others might. I was given excellent service because even though the store was very busy and Mike T was able to multi task and help others while making me feel I am the only person in the store. I was there for more than three hours, he went above and beyond more than anyone has and I am truly greatful. If it wasn't against store policy I would buy him and his assistant manager Diana lunch. They politely refused and said it was not allowed. This was more than customer service it was a great experience and I truly felt like family instead of a customer. I highly recommend anyone ask for Mike T and I hope he gets a promotion!!
