My Issue here is I started out with a $173.00 monthly payment, auto-pay, for a 10×10 unit, and with in a matter of 3 months my payment jumped to $253.00 with out any notice, That's $80.00 increase per month and they want to claim they adjust the rates for how much other 10×10 storage units go for in the area. We'll if thats the case then well why they don't adjust the price when units in the area go down, so thats another lame excuse and I wouldn't recommend them because they go up in price when they want with out notice.
