Went on my normal walk this morning and ordered a coffee midway as I always do...but apparently I ordered to a Starbucks I've never been to. When I stopped at my neighborhood Starbucks I waited and waited...when I discovered what I had done they made me a coffee and gave it to me! So nice, such great customer service. I am grateful.

Half of the employees here are unprofessional, rude and simply dumb, who don't know their own corporate policies. I ended having a "debate' with one of their employees and a shift leader or supervisor, and proceeded to call their district manager.

Not a fan of this one. I paid for extra drizzle and didn’t get it which was no big deal, but took forever for my order to be fixed and while I was waiting another customer came up to complain about an order being made wrong too. Also they told me there was not enough almond milk to make two drinks so I didn’t get to order one, and I saw them pour out the almond milk into my kids drink and it seemed full. The girls seem sweet but they did get an annoyed attitude towards the other customer which was off putting. I’ll get my Starbucks elsewhere before coming to Belmont shores.

Awesome Place!! Awesome Workers Fast Pace and Polite!! Got to see the 2nd Street Starbucks team in action. I was ordering a Venti Dark Roast with White Hot chocolate mixed at 180 degrees at 8:59 they did a great job it came to me fast but the next minute customers flooded in to order drinks and breakfasts and man can I tell you ppl flocked in like it was a herd lions but over all I love how the Team stayed Strong didn't panic , communicated and was working at a fast pace cordially in a fast polite pace mannerism. I give this place a. 5 out of 5 You guys are awesome. Btw I know someone who is up there in the Starbucks Chain. I will be letting Him know you guys are doing an awesome and Great Job!!

Happy to see that it is open to having customers inside. This location is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and eager to make sure that your experience is a good one. Especially JAY... she is the BEST. It is located right in the middle of Belmont Shore community of Long Beach.

Historically I've had nothing but wonderful experiences here, so I'll get that out of the way. They get busy very often because of where they're located, so it's understandable that things happen. I was there a couple days ago. Bought a coffee drink and a croissant. Walked around a couple hours and came back with a friend who bought himself something then. We sat out front for almost an hour as he drank his beverage. As we were leaving I went back inside the store to use the restroom real quick. One of the employees greeted me, I said hi back, and went to the restroom. As I rounded the corner I very clearly heard one of the employees say "Somehow, I knew she was going back there." It wasn't meant kindly. I get it. I've been in food service before and there are days you want to rant about customers to blow off steam. But I was a paying customer, I wasn't there just to steal your restroom for 2 minutes. Naturally I don't expect them to remember what I looked like before, but I was with another paying customer at the time of me using the bathroom. I was embarrassed after hearing them say that. I felt bad, I felt awkward, and I felt made fun of over something silly when I did nothing wrong. Maybe wait until a customer is out of earshot before making a snarky comment next time. And if it was on purpose... I guess congrats? You made another human being feel embarrassed for several minutes for no good reason?

This is one of the few Starbucks that serve their Reserve coffee. You have the option for the Clover press brewing which I highly recommend.

Good spot for all those loving Starbucks. The location is very good. Friendly neighborhood, busy spot, Starbucks consistent service and quality. Very busy when I was there (this busy is every though there is a lot of competition all around on Second St... A lot!). Three short blocks from the beach... Loads of shopping all around.
