This is ridiculous, I googled at 8:20pm before I drove and it says that they open until 9pm, I arrived at 8:30 and the place is closed, that's not right. The 3 stars is only because Starbucks overall is my favorite place

Closed at 8pm when your hours say 9pm employee in there mopping and the counter is cleared out, either hire more staff or change your hours
