went to get my free slurpee on slurpee day and the cashier at the register tried to charge me for my slurpee because the touch screen where you have to put your phone number was having issues and stopped being responsive. i stood my ground and didnt let him charge me for something that is free for everyone. when i went to get my slurpee i noticed the coffee bar was a complete mess. trash everywhere, totally a mess. it seems like the staff at this location only care about chatting with each other and other male customers. consider letting some folks go or retraining them. i won’t be back here.

Uneducated workers, I’m telling you something and you ask “ah?” 2 times?? Like it is my fault you don’t hear, I was polite and said hello how it should be done. Instead of excuse me can you repeat, you say “ah” with an arrogant look on your face?? I’m talking about the Indian girl with no glasses, bad service, don’t want to leave money there anymore

always grumpy & rude, trying to get you to pay more however they can. Selection is horrible, they don’t have many things. The customer service sucks so much that it makes me sad to go there everytime. The owner kept hitting on me. They never honor any promotions because they can’t afford to loose money. And on top of everything, the only number to the store doesn’t work. It doesn’t even ring.
