Bought 2 Slushes, after they handed me the cup I take the cups apart and noticed that they were already used pretty nasty, disgusting employees obviously use the cups and leaving dry slushee in it without customer knowing or realizing it. I told the employee to replace it and he says don’t want it? And just gives a dumb smile.

Horrible! Seals your money and pumps air. Fuel level did not move up after I pumped. I payed cash and still got charged extra as if it was a card.

All time lots of homeless stay in this gas station it’s very scary. Most of the pump doesn’t work card outside and dirty gas station.

Pump number 8 was broken (it didn’t stop delivering gas when my tank was full, spilling the extra gas everywhere, including on my brand new car’s paint and wheels). What’s worse, when I went inside to tell the attendant about the faulty pump and to request a partial refund, he straight up lied and tried tricking me into thinking I would get refunded but ended up doing nothing about it at all and blaming me for not knowing how to pump gas, lol Shell customer service hotline was not helpful either, so I had to end up submitting a claim with my credit card company. Avoid this station like the plague

Night worker is a creep and just stares you down from his window. Gives me the creeps! Beware ladies. He sat there for 20 minutes straight just staring at women.

I had to change my review to 5 star to 3 star... i was about to give 1 star but the morning employees are good and helful so i didn't. My tire presure was low so I asked for air and the employee said it's not working but the light said clearly machine is on and it's working. I don't know what's the reason of this kind of harassment. As a regular customer i can ask that thing that obvious and on the other hand that's by law. Lot of organizations get really bad reputation for the employees.

Terrible customer service!! I know I'm foreign but a little help goes a long way - was yelled at like I was an idiot luckily I was in a passive mood so didn't stoop as low as the cashier and lash out.... I was also totally ripped off, gas pump didn't work so had to go back about 3 times to sort out money, apparently I'm getting a refund on what gas I didn't use ... Still waiting 10 days later, but I can't chase it up as I'm back in home country so it's not worth it!! I do not recommend this place!! 👎

Buyer Beware!!!Traveler beware! This station has pumps that are old and get this...they charge you for gas you don't get in their self-service pumps! I know a lot of us are trying to get a discount by using our Ralphs club card and this happens to be one of those Shell stations that accepts them. However, the second you insert your card in the computer pump ,these old pumps somehow go haywire. If you're lucky to get gas that is! I have had a few mediocre experiences (transactions take too long), but last week was the worse. After i inserted my credit card and place the nozzle into my car no gas came out. Immediately the display wanted to give me a receipt. I was like wtf? I have never seen this happen before. Oh, and forget about customer service. The cashier was convinced that I got gas and refuse to check the pump. I guess running a con is easier when you plea ignorance, but get the extra revenue every month. If you have to come here, please double check your receipt. If you get con, contact the county weight's and measures department, the BBB and dispute your charges. Buyer Beware!!!!
