OK so I woke up this morning and realized I needed a haircut. I was in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles and I started to inquire with the local studios on Sunset Blvd. not only were they pricey, around $55 and up, but they weren’t taking walk-ins. So I figured I’d try Supercuts out. I’m so happy I did! Oscar not only gave me one of the best cuts of my life, but he was super cool about it. Apparently he started out at the front desk there and is now a licensed barber. He said he loves cutting hair. And it shows. I felt confident and comfortable enough with him to try out a new hairstyle that I’ve been wanting to try for years. I’ve tried communicating it with other barbers before but they never understood what I was saying. He understood, told me what it was called future reference, and nailed the haircut. He was very patient with me as we figured it out together. I couldn’t be happier. What a cool experience. Thank you Oscar!

I have been coming to this Supercuts for years now, and today was one of the worst experiences that I have had. I had made an appointment for 12:30pm using the Supercuts app. I arrive at 12:22pm and check in. The store is busy with multiple people waiting. Since I had an appointment there should be no worries about waiting. Half an hour passes by and I am not called yet. I understand that it is busy and the stylist that I had requested on the appointment had 2 other clients there before me. The 2 that had been there finish up and I wait to be called. As I am waiting another client comes and asks for the same stylist that I am waiting for and notes that she doesn’t have an appointment and is hoping that she can be squeezed in. The staff at the register tells her how many more are head of her on the list and she agrees. My issue today was that this client and 3 of their family members were taken ahead of me when they did not have appointments. There was even a moment when this client finished and she told her family member that he’ll take you next. As this is going on I am still waiting and wondering why is it that clients without appointments are being taken care of before those with appointments. In total I waited there nearly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. If clients without appointments are able to be cared before those with appointments, then what is the point of making an appointment ahead of time. The worst part of this trip was that staff checked on all of those waiting multiple times to see which stylist everyone was there for, knew that 3 were for the stylist I had an appointment with and still allowed these clients without appointments ahead of those with appointments. These are 2 hours wasted and I would be able to get back. When an appointment is made you assume to be helped at the specified time, not 2 hours after. Service: Haircut

My wife and I came in for our first time a couple months ago, they completely helped us and took care of our hair. Super friendly. Made us feel comfortable we will definitely be coming back you ladies! 😌

Just went to Supercuts for the first time. I was nervous because I hadn't cut my hair in years and it was a mess. Karina was wonderful! She took the time to look at my photos, discuss my concerns and suggested exactly what I was about to ask for. I felt so much better knowing we were on the same page. She was a very pleasant conversationalist and gave me tips on how I can improve the condition of my hair. The cut was quick and efficient, but did not feel rushed. I am so happy! She cleaned up the ends and shaped my hair while maintaining the length I wanted to keep. I'm going back to her on Saturday for color. I cannot wait! Thank you Karina! Service: Haircut

I went for a simple reframing trim cut. At first I was okay with how things were going but as I noticed more hair was being cut I started questioning as to why. Sadly I did not say anything at the time because I wasn’t able to tell how my hair looked while wet but after it dried it was nothing as to what I asked for. I said I was happy with the cut and still tipped the hairdresser for her work but I am upset with how the way my hair looks. There are pieces way shorter than what i asked for and it’s also a uneven. Wish I could have had a better thing to say but I’m truly devastated with the end result even after a day of having it and trying to style it. I will just let it grow out because that’s all I am able to do. Service: Haircut

The picture is after they fixed it. It was worse. I just wanted a trim the lady kept trying to keep me from seeing what she was doing. Yes hair grows back but it takes time until then I guess I need a wig. Service: Haircut

Made an Appointment and Vicky was Gonna Cut My Hair. Told her I wanted 2 use the Bathroom Real Quick and when I came out she Moved on 2 Another Customer. Was in the Bathroom 4 Less then a Minute. Don't get Haircuts From Her
