The cut was okay. I asked for a silver blonde and the woman was kind of rude and just said "we don't do that", instead of apologizing or trying to provide genuine customer service to give a good alternative. I tried to check in during the morning and was told they were so busy that they couldn't fit me in until the afternoon. When I arrived there was literally no one in the salon so I was kind of confused. There's decent parking though so that's helpful.

This was the worst service I have ever received from a salon. I came in to get a wash and trim, was unaware that they charge 40.00 to blow dry. I asked the lady to please cut my hair in layers she said ok. I was in and out of that shop within 15 my minutes. The lady was pushing for me to dye my hair I said no. As I see the lady cutting my hair I explained to her that it isn’t straight nor where there layers. She got an attitude. I left and went home and blow dried my hair, a complete freaking mess. Please, there are other places that will do a way better job. STAY AWAY Service: Haircut

This place is not the place to bring your children to get a hair cut!!!! My daughter has thick hair and we asked for long layers. The older lady with the darker red hair was nice to her clients the other lady that trimmed my daughters hair was so rough combing threw her hair and the cut was horrible. I could have done a better job. She was mean to my daughter and insulting. I doubt she would have treated an adult like that! I would never step foot in that place again. Service: Hairstyling

The worst haircut I have ever had. Now, I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. THIS IS AN UPDATE: I reached out to Krista Saunders the director of guest relations. She responded right away and was very helpful. She advised me of another location near me. She made sure I was greeted by Vickie the manager of that location and with no additional cost. My husband got s haircut here and it was AWFUL. completely uneven, not faded well at all, they nicked him in the back a couple of times so he has tiny bald patches. Awful. Service: Haircut
