8 Best hair salon in Los Angeles, California (CA) 2024

Just went to Supercuts for the first time. I was nervous because I hadn't cut my hair in years and it was a mess. Karina was wonderful! She took the time to look at my photos, discuss my concerns and suggested exactly what I was about to ask for. I felt so much better knowing we were on the same page. She was a very pleasant conversationalist and gave me tips on how I can improve the condition of my hair. The cut was quick and efficient, but did not feel rushed. I am so happy! She cleaned up the ends and shaped my hair while maintaining the length I wanted to keep. I'm going back to her on Saturday for color. I cannot wait! Thank you Karina! Service: Haircut ~Onyx

The cut was okay. I asked for a silver blonde and the woman was kind of rude and just said "we don't do that", instead of apologizing or trying to provide genuine customer service to give a good alternative. I tried to check in during the morning and was told they were so busy that they couldn't fit me in until the afternoon. When I arrived there was literally no one in the salon so I was kind of confused. There's decent parking though so that's helpful. ~kmacneil91

Ray is the best! He and his team will take care of you and your hair whether its a cut, color, or perm. You name it and they get it done for you. He's got lots of experience and is very talented which is why he's always busy. Make sure to make an appointment before you go ;) ~Cindy

Literally the best hair stylist who is an artist. Like she would spend 40 mins for a guy's haircut because she has such a high standard. And it's so affordable, which is why u need to set up an appointment like days in advance. Trust me, Kay is the best hairstylist for asian straight hair. $20 but I tip her $10 cuz she's so worth it. ~jin

When your fiancé can’t stop telling you how much he loves your haircut, you know you were in exceptional hands! Nikki is a fabulous hair stylist who is friendly, easy going, and very accommodating. The new private loft salon is industrial and professional looking while being a relaxed atmosphere. She knew exactly what to do with my super fine, grown out, bleached hair and I came in looking like mop and left looking like a lady again. You’ll be in skilled hands! ~Robyn

Rosie did an amazing job on my hair. Went from shoulder length to a pixie and she seemed to really understand my semi wavy/curly hair. She also used products on me that are easily accessible outside of the salon which I always love! Nice and quiet private chair away from the chaos of downtown.
