I have had a countless number of terrible customer service at this nail salon and I will not be coming back. I’ve gotten my nails done for the past 20 years and have never come across a nail salon that treats clients the way they treat you. There’s been numerous of times where I’ve gotten gels and they chip after a day. And they’re very expensive here. I wouldn’t recommend this salon especially when there are multiple other salons within walking distance.

I scheduled an appt at 1:45 and showed up at 1:55. They said the waiting grace period is 15 min. When i showed up, the lady at the front desk told me that my nail tech waited for me for 10 min and then started working on the next appointment. How do they book their appointments? I’ve been waiting 30 mins as i am writing this review. I dont mind waiting if i did not have an appt. They dont respect your time. Update: I specifically told the receptionist that i have to be done by 3:30. After making me wait for 30 mins, she comes up to me and said to wait for another hour. At this point, i had to leave. She kept lying. Idk why such an unorganized individual is working at a busy salon like this. terrible experience

This shop does a great job but they will literally up charge you for breathing. I think nail shops should have the same prices for colors and brands of nail polish. Make the services a little more expensive to even things out. The price here is always always a surprise.

I’ve given this place chance after chance and every time I come here there’s issues. The price is always wrong and you have to pay extra because the receptionist don’t charge you right. The nail techs make it seem like your going to run off with out paying the few extra dollars and make a scene about changing the price. The last time I came, I got a fill and pedicure. My pedicure looks great but my nails look terrible. Helen did my nails the past few times and I came in at the 3 weeks mark. The person removing my old acrylic for the fill asked who did my nails and then said they shouldn’t been lifting that bad. But made an excuse after I told her who did them. Again Helen does my acrylic. Shes so rough on my hand and used the nail file to pop my skin and acrylic apart. Then she filed the corner of one of my nails so thin that there’s no acrylic left on the nail. The gel polish is already coming off. Money wasted and i called to see if I could come in have it fixed. The person told me to come in an anytime. I come right at opening and no one’s here to do acrylic. I contact the person who told me to come in at anytime and now I should’ve called. Don’t come here. Wasted of money and time.

I've been coming here for 3 years now. I've had no bad experience at all. They are open all-day everyday, and flexible enough to find me a time when I call. I tried different nail technicians; they were all caring and careful. All these and while being in a massage chairs!

The worst experience!!! Horrible service. Will not be going back and i do not recommend it!!! I called and asked if they had any openings for the day and they said they could take us in. When we got there the front desk lady was very nice. Told us to pick out a color and they would be with us soon. Then another lady came in and began to rush us. Said to hurry because they had a lot of people scheduled that afternoon. Kept hurrying us up even as i was going to pay. So i decided to leave. If they did not have any availability they should have told me over the phone. Instead of trying to rush us through a service that i was going to pay for.

I liked the nail work they did in my hands and feet, but I will not give a 5 starts because the massage I paid extra for my feet was not good at all. Plus they only take cash, venmo or you have to take money to pay them from the AtM machine there that is extra fee. It was pretty expensive too

Appointments are NEVER kept. You book an appointment and they always have an excuse for not having someone available when you show up on time. This happens EVERY TIME. I just called and said I was 5 minutes away and asked if they could see me. She said yes. I show up in 5 minutes to hear there is a 25 minute wait. The woman at the front desk is a liar. I’m done trying. Fee sorry because Amy is a great manicurist. But beware of other technicians as they can be very harsh on your nails. Not everyone there is qualified. And the manager at the front desk is seriously unprofessional and unpleasant. There are other better choices around. Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures

Brought my Lady here for some well deserved pampering & was LET DOWN on ALL counts. We're from out of town. We just left this nail place in the last 30mins. WORST nails, WORST service...all the way around unprofessional, borderlining on disrespectful. Was forced to pay before she was serviced; what business does that? The nails are complete TRASH! This is what she asked for(top/left) & the other is what she got(bottom/right)... I have to leave 1⭐. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I WILL NOT BE BACK

Went in for the first time today. It felt pretty clean, airy, and very friendly. I have really short nails, and wanted some fun length. They recommended getting the powder dipped SNS tips (IDK the technical term). It ended up being absolutely wonderful and exactly what I wanted! Took about 1hr. And easy to walk to if you live near South Park.
