Came to this "business" on a sunday to activate a phone. Paid $15 activation fee+ line $40. Lady was having trouble with the 4g on the phone could only text and talk. She told me owner told her to have me come in Monday so he can personally fix it because he knows more. I went Monday, place is CLOSED. Called and called because it was within normal business hours 10-8. NO ANSWER. They text me that place is closed until wednesday due to family emergency. Same lady from Sunday was there to 'help me' . All she could help me with is a giving my money back, i w asked if she could ask the owner about helping fix my phone not give my money back. they both insisted to refuse service and give me my money back so ofcousre im unhappy with their service and asked if this is how they treat people at their store. She called me disrespectful and told me I WAS LUCKY SHE WAS AT WORK RIGHT NOW. I was in shock at their customer service. They probably do this to people all the time, i wouldnt waste my time iwth this place if i were you. A favor from her would have been to let me know since sunday my phone was unable to get 4g and let me take my business elsewhere!
