WORST EXPERIENCE OF LIFE. RUDE OWNER AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE. THAT LADY IS FAST BUT NOT EFFIECIENT AT ALL. I am surprised with positive reviews. Details are here. I took my daughter for hair cut and before I could tell how much length I want she made a cut. I thought it’s okay it’s little shorter than my daughter wanted but when she ( senior stylist )started cutting she took more length. She was so confident that she didn’t need my instruction and just wanted to get it done so that she can attend maximum customers. She kept talking to her colleague while cutting hair.When she was done we stepped out and noticed that if my daughter parts her hair differently it’s all uneven. We went inside again and she cut them more. I asked that confident senior stylist that if after washing and drying her hair still looks uneven can I come back and you can fix it.. she got so rude and said no you can’t come back .. I cut her hair natural if it’s uneven after straightening it’s not her problem. I was stunned with her reply and the she said “ pay me more money for starightening now and I will fix it”. My daughter was already upset On loosing more than 6 inches of hair ( she spent more than a year to grow her hair to desired length )and now that lady is telling me that I should pay her more to cut her more hair. I came back home and saw that hair was ruined that was the worst cut I have ever seen that too from senior stylist. I myself straightened her hair and try to fix it so that it looks normal. I went there after reading all the positive reviews but got worst service. Owner was senior stylist and should have advised me that it’s better to straight iron her hair Before we cut. I would advise people to not go if you want just a trim or long cut.

My family and I have been using their hair cutting services for 16+ years. Men's hair cut is $15 while women vary depending on length. Even though it gets busy at times we still get serviced regardless. It's a pleasant environment and convenient. Johnny and Tracy is our go to hair dressers.

I really like how fast and efficient all the barbers are. I admit that it is a little pricey here but it is in a fairly convenient location. It's next to a bakery and an asian super market so it makes things much easier to drop by when running errands. Note that it can get pretty busy and they dont really do appointments so just give yourself some extra time if needed

If the customer service had been better, this would have been a 4. It's appalling service to go to a place without appointments, and be told "Look, decide if you want it long or short now because I won't have time to get it later if you change your mind." You guys don't do appointments. You're not doing this for free - I'm paying you for your service. It's rude and in poor taste to say that to a customer. I will not be going there again.
