We are so happy with our new furniture from Al’s! Mike was wonderful and patient when we were looking throughout the store. We purchased a loveseat, two gorgeous leather chairs, a coffee table, an end table and a cool bike wall hanging. A week later, we came back for a bedroom set and a beautiful desk. When we had our furniture delivered, the two guys, Mathew and Tachan, did an amazing job, making sure to place each piece where we wanted it. They were very careful making turns to get the furniture in the house and up 35 stairs. We are so pleased, and are going back for a few more pieces. I would definitely recommend Al’s Furniture. Happy in Arnold!

Al’s was great, after verifying that they did indeed have the best price for flexsteel furniture the process was very easy, our salesman Mike was patient and listened to our needs to make sure we got what we wanted. We went in to buy a couch and in the end bought a couch, chairs, dining room table, counter stools, and a very attractive entertainment center. Quality furniture with no pressure = outstanding experience

One star is for the salesman. Will never buy furniture here again. On top of us getting out furniture months late, it is falling apart in less than two years. A bed and nightstand is what we bought. The veneer is chipping off of an area that has no friction or contact with people touching it. has never gotten wet, ect and looks like this along an entire seem. It even looks like they noticed it and tried to paint over with cheap paint and it is now cracking off. The close up pics are of the seam along the bottom of the baseboard below the drawer (not the edge that rubs against the drawer). This stuff is cheaply made and sold at a high mark up, falling apart faster than anything I ever bought from Ikea.

Al’s Furniture has the lowest cost and the highest quality furniture. We bought a beautiful dining room set and 2 quality comfortable recliners with lifetime warranty. We love Al’s and we came from Livermore, best place for quality furniture made in the USA! Not to mention the customer service is superior! Mike Bare took the time to understand our floor plan and our personal needs. Hands down best service I’ve ever experience when buying furniture. I recommend Al’s for all your home furnishings!!!

My wife and I were in between moves and needed some new Furniture. My brother informed me that Al’s is the place to go. We met Jim D that day and came next the next morning to make our purchase. Jim was upfront and regarding some of the items we ordered and the time when we could anticipate for them to be in delivered to their warehouse. Since we live out of their delivery area, we needed to have some latitude as to when we had to pick up the furniture. Jim called me and asked, when we could pick up some of the items at their warehouse, and we provided a date. When we arrived at the warehouse, two gentleman had me inspect the furniture, they then wrapped all of it, and loaded it in our vehicle and trailer for safe traveling. This is the best furniture store we have ever been to. All of the employees are friendly, and we even had an opportunity to meet the owner. Our only furniture store from now on! Thanks for being the best! We will see you next month when the remaking items are in.

I Just wanted to say my experience coming to Al’s Furniture was the best service you can find… Cesar is who helped me, we found everything I needed! He was pleasant, honest and helpful… he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my furniture purchase…the delivery of my furniture was quick and the two men that delivered my furniture were very considerate and made sure everything was set up to perfection before they left….. I would absolutely recommend Al’s Furniture, and if you ask for Cesar you will not be disappointed!! Great customer service!!

Al's is a great place and my favorite to get quality furniture. My wife and I have been using Al's for our furniture choices for about 5 years now and we have always left extremely happy. The couches we purchased have been great quality and still lasting through our two crazy messy boys. I would recommend Al's to everyone (especially parents of little ones), their furniture not only stands against crazy kids it is so comfy. Ricardo has helped us and my parents the last few times we been there and he is the best. I look forward to seeing Ricardo again and getting his help.

Quality in all aspects: Customer service by Cesar was great. He asked specific questions, showed us what was in stock or what could be ordered for a later delivery. It all made sense and his follow-up was spot on. We purchased on a Sunday, was watching tv from our new couch Thursday afternoon. Delivery team was polite, clean and efficient. We looked at many different furniture stores for a chair or a recliner for my elderly mom. She's petite, so, finding one that would be simple to use, comfortable and could be purchased outright was more difficult than I thought. But, Mike Bare at Al's Furniture, really helped us out. I described what we needed and he showed us different chairs, was informative and not pushy. After a few days, we decided on a recliner from Al's that has worked out really, really well. And, delivery was quick and awesome! The delivery men were on time, let me know they were on their way, careful setting up the recliner and tested it to ensure it worked properly. All in all, I would highly recommend Al's Furniture. They have a great team!
