I like this place for making copies and sending EBAY packages. Give them my memory stick and they print the label right away. I made the mistake of trying another place closer to me, and they told me my memory stick would not work. Went to Postal Connections right after and had no problem whatsoever. I may have to drive a little farther, but it's worth the drive. Great customer service, everyone is very friendly and treat you good. Highly recommend.

went to get something sent out Fed-EX. for a 2 day (but it was actually 4 days due to holiday weekend) it was $92 for a small envelope. that same size to the same place but overnight from fed ex was only $49. if you are needing to ship by any means in a short amount of time i recommend that you go to Fed Ex or UPS directly to ship as their upcharges at this place are absolutely ridiculous

I have sent packages off several times from here. I recently took a package in that was not exactly well packed and the gentlemen there repackaged a portion of it to make sure it was protected before sending off and did not charge me extra. Great place to ship, wonderful customer service and just really down to earth people operating the place. I am grateful for the kind service they have showed me.

I had a box here for several years. The location for me was convenient. The customer service is shifty. Sometimes nice sometimes not. They leave packages out in front by the mailboxes. The majority of the time I went in there ,I had to grab my own packages. Which means anyone could grab my packages. What lead me to leave this business is when I got a notecard to pick up certified mail at the desk. They couldn’t find it and basically the girl said “oh well, I don’t know?” Needless to say it ended up being an important letter , I came to find out later. I’m now at a place that keeps my packages behind the counter , staff knows each of their customers and is very efficient. I do not recommend this place.

Gary and the staff are great! I run in there with everything. When my computer went down, I was able to go use theirs. Shipping is made easy. They have some awesome little gifty merch. You can send in your printing orders electronically. I drop all kinds of random teacher jobs in and they are always great to get it done, quickly and correctly.

Great place for office needs. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Last mail run is late in the day so I can count on them to get my stuff out when I'm running late. They have a certified notary, make keys, offer PO Boxes, laminating and a public use computer. Its a great little shop.
