Lines do get long but the employees do work as best as they can to get the line down, they are amazing at helping you find what you need and if they don’t have it in store they are nice enough to call another store near you to see if they have it.

They left an alarm on my clothes, I had to go back to get it removed. The cashier sent me to the hollister in the same mall and hollister didn't remove it , and it was too much hassle. I ended up returning the shirt not worth it, bad service.

I not a mall person. For this H&M I make a exception. They do their best to discount as much as they can for you. Especially if you bring in a donation. Thank you H&M!

What I like about them is that if there's something you can't find in store you can always go to their website and they have a pretty good donation program in that if you donate your gently used clothing that eno longer wear them you get a card that's worth 15% off your next purchase.

H&M always has very competitive prices with new looks and styles. This particular one is pretty much standard. Not sure why other reviews were so low. This store was clean and the staff was helpful.
