Her office lost my w2, and filed our taxes. Later we ended up owing a large amount of money to the IRS. She charged my partner and me 450 to file taxes and then 300 to correct changes. Needless to say she was rude when it came to questions. This is an unfortunate experience and I hope that it does not happen to anyone else.
