We're always greeted and the staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. The store's layout is very wide, not deep, so this difference can make it seem difficult to scan for what you're looking for - at least for our family. The store does display a number of items I don't remember seeing at the other Zumiez we go to. It's easy to find, at the end of the outdoor mall near the theater. There are a lot of other stores appealing to youth down at that part of the mall so it can get crowded and with just one dressing room we've often had to wait in line for a bit.

I've been to plenty different Zumiez locations. Including out of state. This particular location is very unorganized. It doesn't seem like they are trained well in "zoning" items as well as simply interacting with customers. I was there for about 5-10 mins. I was not greeted as a couple staff members walked right past me. Also, everytime I walk in, one staff member is messing with his skateboard. I knows it's Zumiez but it's still a professional business. So I decided to go to a different store to find what I needed. Do they know how to be a sales team? Disappointed that this is the only Zumiez nearby. Get a new sales team 😉

It’s insane how terrible this place was. Four of the employees were crowded around one guy making a skateboard as I stood there saying hey hey hey excuse me right behind each one. None of them did anything and when someone else they recognize walked through the door they instantly went over to him. These aren’t employees. What an awful joke. Every other zumiez is welcoming. Id been here at least 10 times without that problem. 10/21/20 3:00pm check your shifts and give them a slip, seriously terrible quality employment right there.

Always pleasantly welcomed. A chill, relaxed atmosphere. The store seems to always be stocked up, especially with what I solely shop there for - Uppercut Deluxe Pomade.

Surprisingly wide variety of sport goods, unfortunately mostly for young people. They have some innovative ideas and fresh models, definitely liked the store!
