Store is in terrible shape. Physically and employee wise. They have no idea how to run a store. Giant line in the store, and employees just walking around like they don't see it.

The pharmacy tech stayed courteous even though she was overwhelmed & the others were gabbing. Their restrooms are CLOSED so don't even try.

Would give zero stars if possible. Pharmacy staff is undertrained and under staffed all the time. When calling for simple questions about prescription status I’m told the doctor didn’t fax the order. Yet the doctor emailed me the fax report with sent as status. Then the pharmacy always seems to find it magically after being rude for a week telling me it’s the doctors fault.

I overheard the manager talking to an employee about it being okay to work with covid. Instead of sending the sick employee home, they made them work insisting saying that they doubt it she's infectious to the customers. Very unacceptable putting others in danger. If that employee hears me, call a lawyer and press charges.

Not as clean, or organized. The staff are friendly but when I visited it was too busy and they were not in a mood. The shopping center is not too busy and you can find parking spaces easy.

My significant other scheduled a flu shot appointment and it took over an hour to receive it. The pharmacist was so slow for the pharmacy to not be busy. Would not recommend scheduling an appointment or coming to this location for immunizations.

On hold for 20 min plus. The staff picked up 4 times didn't listen just said Walgreen please hold. The 5th time someone picked up took the phone off the hook. I heard noise in the back and put me back on hold. I just wanted the pharmacy. Smh
