Don’t go here! They do not put customers first! Brought my 4-yr old to get ice cream. $1.99 per scoop. Get the ice cream on a sugar cone (which are too small to hold their standard scoop.) Long story short, the ice cream fell off the cone on the way to the car while my 4 year old was eating it. Went back in and was recharged to get another scoop. My point- I could have came in angry and demanded a refund due to the obviously small cone or the poor technique used by the employee, but I didn’t. Honor your customers; small kind gestures by big business go a long way to keep people coming back! They also keep your doors open.

Visited the Rite Aid Pharmacy today, seeking information regarding Medicare pricing of certain medications. Pharmacy counter help, hired to answer questions and assist customers refused to assist. The lady brushed me off saying "Go asked medicare," "not me." my reply to that was, "how would Medicare know your prices." The conversation ended with her saying, well I can't help you. Rite Aid just lost my business

Employees here are very nice and friendly. If you can't find something that you're looking for the help you to find it or they'll make sure they get it in their store. Always clean. They always have some very cool things in their store at this rite aid I recommend it

Went in for ice cream today like 3:30 pm the carabiner that help us was rude with bad customer service attitude. Our ice cream was under serve scoop was not a full scoop tasted old . Terrible place for ice cream won’t go back for sure ..

Pharmacy: I have to take time to write this review because I had a young lady named Danielle go above & beyond for me this morning and it's people like her who make a difference! So to make a long story short, my MD called in RX to Target pharmacy yesterday and it's closed due to it's a holiday weekend. So then she called it in to 2 other pharmacies. Walgreens in Corona said that Target got it first so they had already processed through my insurance therefore I'd have to pay cash $40 wich is no big deal, but then again I have ppo insurance that I pay $400 bucks for a month and never use. So I then called Rite Aid on 6th St in Norco, Danielle answered and I explained my dilemma. She offered to call my insurance and get an override but when she called my insurance, they're also closed because of the holiday so she then called me and told me that she couldn't get through to my insurance so she went online and downloaded a coupon for me and applied it so I'd only pay $13 if I still wanted the RX. Seriously who does that?!? People like her make a difference, not just because she saved me money but because she didn't have to do any of it! Thanks Danielle, I knew awesome people still exist! This will be my go to pharmacy from now on!

I was very happy and pleased with an employee named Michael at the register He was friendly, made sure I found everything I was looking for, and was just all around pleasant. He really does his job well. I didn't know stores still found employees like him. Goto this Rite Aid. You'll be glad you did.

Melad, at the ice cream counter was great. Super friendly, funny and really nice! Somebody get this guy a tip jar! Oh, and the ice cream was tasty too!
