We have been coming to goin postal since they were at the last location. The owner is so sweet and amazingly nice. Everyone here is so helpful and kind. They have a bunch of serves. Shredding and copies and everything you can think of. I will always use this place!

The owner mark is amazing. The girls at the desk are very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I ship/mail everything from there. I used to own a business and I never went anywhere else. I just called up there because my printer is not working and I am in dire need of a printed copy of something urgent. Mark so kindly said just email it to him and he will print it off for me for a quarter. You can not beat the service provided at Goin Postal Lake St. Louis store!!!

Amazing experience and customer service. I stopped by on 12/21 to send 2 separate packages Express. Unfortunately, I left something out of a package and couldn't send it. Mark (owner) offered to stop by my work and pick up the missing item, so I could make the cutoff for delivery. I accepted his offer. He stopped by, picked up my item and made sure it went out before the delivery deadline. He went out of his way to accommodate me. I truly appreciate his wonderful customer service

Update - I received a nice-professional-logical response from the owner - we just disagree about how to do business. I truly hope she makes a profit, but it will be w/o me. As a Sales Rep, I spend a fair amount on shipping and printing. I'll continue to drive past the Going Postal to the UPS Store....ORIGINAL > Charge $1 to drop off Amazon returns??? Why would you charge a buck just to annoy people - I know I won't be back.

Just had a very pleasant and professional experience at this new location. Mark, the proprietor, completed my fingerprinting for my new employment. He was very friendly, skilled and professional. Great local business. And the fingerprint machine works really well, not like other machines I’ve had to deal with that couldn’t read a print for anything!
