One star for miscommunication and being unprofessional. I called to ask about a TB test and asked how much I would be paying out of pocket. They told me the price and scheduled my appointment. After my appointment I made my payment for the Tb test and was told to go back in 2 days for the reading. I got a phone call about 30 minutes later. The girl at the front desk said she had a “brain fart” and forgot to charge me for a consultation with the doctor. I never requested a consultation. Only requested a TB test. I was very clear about it when I first called the office. Now they said they won’t give me my results if I don’t pay an additional $50.

Dr. Romero is an excellent Dr. It's the official policy that seems extreme. What I don't understand is the misleading communication and asking for blood work every three months. The office staff talks about being compliant. Compliant to what? Their office policies.? Taking blood every chance they get? Standards? If the attending physician, Dr. Romero, made the policies, this place would appear on the charts. But he does not make the policies. Dr. Romero is a FIVE STAR physician.

Visiting this clinic is worth coming! It is hidden but has better wait times than other medical offices in downtown Ontario off Euclid. Dr. Romero and his staff always made me feel comfortable every time I visit. Although it's hard to find clinic since it's in a residential area (4 stars) I will be coming here for Dr. R. Romero

Doctor Rafael is cool, there was little wait time before seeing him and getting an appointment was easy to get when other offices were trying to give me an appointment 2 weeks later.

As a patient it's upsetting to try and book appointments here and deal with them. I have tried to see if they get things right, I can't believe this place is in business . They have the worst customer service. The staff , well lets just say they haven't the slightest idea of what they are doing. A person in charge is non existent. If you ask questions of any kind they can't even answer. If you plan on being seen by this Doctor's office , I would strongly suggest that you go elsewhere or you will be let down if you choose to this place. I have talked to other patients and im not alone with the problem that they have . Many un satisfied patients that feel the same. Simply think before you book yourself a bad experience.

If i could i would of gave it no stars. I've been trying to get my RX from them since March. They took almost a month to give me my lab results. Front desk person told me theu would send my rx to my pharmacy. Another month goes by with no RX and another. Its now June and they want me to go back and do labs again to get my RX. You got to be kidding me. Never going back this place again. They never call you back. When u call they put u on hold for over 10min. This place is a joke.
