The staff was very friendly but I am pretty sure I got ripped off. Paid for a wax and I am 99 percent sure they didn't wax it. When I asked the manager he said they just missed a spot because they were trying to close. I'm happy with the way my seats turned out but I paid way to much to only have clean seats. Also there is a $6 service charge that no one mentioned. Had to review my bank statement and refer back to the receipt to figure out what the extra charge was. NOT worth the prices they are charging.

First time there. I feel I received my monies worth. Went to the car wash after getting gas at Costco, andvthen right on to the 15 freeway. Thank you for the service

I'd been here once before and had a great experience but I didn't have a chance to rate it however now I definitely want to share how amazing they are. I just purchased a car and the seats and carpet were bad, water soda and i don't know what else stains plus the doors were sticky from years of neglect. 2 hours... That's all it took and they made my car look practically brand new. They checked in on how I was doing while waiting and listened to everything I wanted done, i will be referring EVERYONE to this place

This auto detailer made my engine look brand new, headlights look amazing and my car looks like new! Very professional and was very kind! Showed me my car at different stages of the detail to make sure I liked the job done. Finished it in less time then said it would be and was reasonably priced for the job done! Was quoted an hour and a half for a detail job. 3 hours later I asked what's going on. They told me 25 more minutes. They did a good job on it and gave me a coupon for a free gold wash on my next visit. Otherwise it would've been a 1 star.

F THIS CAR WASH THEY DID A REALLY POOR JOB AND I GOT THE PLATINUM WASH. THEY LEFT WINDOWS DIRTY INSIDE SUPER DIRTY MY TRUCK IS NEW SO IT SHOULDNT BE THAT BAD AT WASHING. THE WORST PART IS THEY THREW AWAY MY SONS PICTURE PEOPLE PICTURE PACKET THAT COST ME $500. I WENT BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT THROW ANYTHING AWAY AND THEY TOOK MY NUMBER DOWN BUT HAVENT GAVE ME A CALL.. WORST EVER I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO GO THERE

Because they do a hand wash (no machines or brushes to swirl up your paint) this is the only place I will take my Jags. They have recently (mid 2012?) upgraded the waiting areas and it's much nicer that it's been. Sometimes there is a wait, but it's worth it.

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE, GREAT WASH JOB. Whent there a couple of years ago it was tarrable. Noticed new people so tryed again. Much better under new ownership. Don't have to go out of my way anymore tro get treated good and get a good job anymore. Highly recomend.
