The staff was very friendly but I am pretty sure I got ripped off. Paid for a wax and I am 99 percent sure they didn't wax it. When I asked the manager he said they just missed a spot because they were trying to close. I'm happy with the way my seats turned out but I paid way to much to only have clean seats. Also there is a $6 service charge that no one mentioned. Had to review my bank statement and refer back to the receipt to figure out what the extra charge was. NOT worth the prices they are charging. ~hay
