Don't even deserve one star! The girl that help us said she couldn't fix my problem and send us to other store pretty far and then we just got to a regular store and they help us! I don't know if she didn't want to work! But really bad service I won't ever go there in my life! And won't recommend that location!

People don't understand that this place gets busy. Humans just like to complain. Whether the store was full or not. Karen was my representative. She was AWESOME. I go there and pay my bill. And there is other two girls that have phenomenal customer service. I can't complain. They handle business

I'm a Metro PCS customer. I came to the store to inquire about a hotspot. The young ladies who are servicing were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product line. They help me to select a external hotspot which allowed me to get 30 GB of data for the month. they also informed me that I could get Hotspot from my actual phone which was a great help. I really enjoyed the help that was provided at this store.
