They never opened on time. You always have to wait for 5 to 10 m after their promised time. So unlike other banks.

If you're trying to do anything in the ATM machines DON'T. half the time most of them aren't working because of errors and today not 1 accepted my card through my phone. 2 phones and a watch and they all said invalid card\ card not supported. Also you have a bunch of imbéciles literally parking in the driveway blocking the entrance & exit

Worst place to go cash a check if I could give them a negative review I would! They voided a check from an insurance company for reasons being that 1 of my id's was expired in which I did provide 2 but to me that should never be a reason to void a check now I have to mail it back to the insurance company to get a replacement check since they stamped it 😑

If I could leave all stars empty I would. Extremely unprofessional. I was being helped by Nathaly Miranda and provided all my business paperwork. Her work unwillingness to assist me on opening a business account was revolting. They're very discriminating don't even go to this branch.

Very punctual to help & get to the next customer. Manager cool checked 😎 my card to tell me about my account $hortage. I didn't have to wait good timing. I don't know why people are complaining 😕

I’ve come to this chase before and I’ve never been very impressed with the service, until today. Gabriella Avila Was so nice and helpful. She made my experience at the bank quick and efficient . I will definitely be coming back to this branch.

TRANS DISCRIMINATION Horrible experience with a teller at this branch. I'm waiting for a new debit card to come in the mail because my wallet was stolen, so I can't use the ATM. When I went to the teller to withdraw from my account, I gave her my passport as ID since my drivers license was in the stolen wallet. She looked at my passport and told me she couldn't give me my money because "your features don't match the account" When I asked her what 'features' she was talking about, she refused to elaborate, saying "I already told you. The features don't match" and refused to help me. To be clear, my hair color, eye color, height etc EVERYTHING is the same as is listed on passport. This is the same passport that I used to order the debit card in the first place. When I told her that it was my only ID and I had no other way to get money until the card came in she STILL refused to help or verify my identity in any other way, and wouldn't explain why, just saying over and over "the features don't match" I've since gone to two other Chase branches, and used the same passport to make withdrawals and had no issues whatsoever. The only conclusion I can draw is that the teller was transphobic. I really wish I had written her name down. Awful person, awful experience.
