Very cumbersome process. The web site was ridiculous to use. The woman at the branch couldn’t help with process questions and very rude. I was in the computer business for 25 years and was made to feel like it was all my problem. Wouldn’t recommend because of that and had some personality issues

Out of all the years I’ve done taxes I have never come across a group that is patient takes the time to explain everything so that you truly understand and cares about doing it right and taking care of all the details. All of their staff is courteous and kind and been over backwards for me and the owner herself. I would recommend this to every single person I know and encourage everyone to go here and nowhere else because this is truly the best place I’ve ever been. If every business would operate the way this one would the world would be a better place. What is a pandemic it’s getting harder and harder to fine hard workers and he was great work ethics…. So for me to find this place and be treated like this and have this creative experience was like hitting a gold mine!! There’s not enough space for the all the great comments I would like to say about the service I’ve had and continue to have here.

I met with Nicola Wong, the franchise owner, for a consultation concerning a very confusing and contradictory IRS notice. Nicola explained to me clearly how I should handle any response to the notice. She was very kind, understanding and professional all during the meeting. Although I prepare my own tax returns, the day will come when I cannot. Nicola and Jackson Hewitt will be my choice when that day comes.

Such a great experience!! My taxes gave me so much anxiety and I hadn’t filed in 3 years. Nicola Wong helped me through my unbelievable mess. I am so grateful for her knowledge and expertise. Nicola was able to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand and she calmed all the nerves I had regarding my tax situation. Another awesome thing was during these crazy COVID times it was especially great to see she was taking all the cleaning and safety precautions necessary to make her clients feel comfortable and keep them safe (masks, plastic barriers, sanitizing, distancing, etc) I will definitely be back next year and look forward to it!!
